    * 1. Tell us about yourself

    * 2. Why do you want to work for us?
    This is where you need to investigate the company BEFORE the interview. Find out what they take pride in. Find out their core values of their company as well as what they do, who their main customers are, and even who their competitors are. Try to get to know other employees and find out why they like the job, if you can. Do not give self serving reasons, such as "I need the money" or "I want to further my career", and do not give a short canned answer as well.

    Stay as positive as you can and be somewhat honest. Being too honest and divulging details about your last job can be giving too much information. A good answer here is that you felt you were in a dead end position and that you wanted room to grow.

    * 4. Can you describe a previous work situation in which you ... ?
    This can be a make or break question for you, because they want to see how you solve any difficult or uncommon situations that arise in the workplace on a day to day basis. Again stay positive and be honest because this question requires some quick thinking on your feet, and the interviewers can tell when you are trying to BS them. For example, if its a customer service job this is your chance to show them how you handled a situation when there was an angry customer. Show them that you have the tools to make the customers happy thus making them more money.

    This is also a tricky question. Most of the time, where you may want to work isn't your work environment you like. Tell them that you are capable of working in any environment, if you are, but also tell them what you have done your best work in a previous job.
