    Considering Criminal Law?
If criminal law is your passion, there is little doubt that you will be well suited for the law arenas that it enforces. For those that are looking for a major, it is wise to study this area of the law. In criminal law, The People can punish the criminal based on what he or she ahs done against the state. There are often less indications of victims here, but more of rules being broken. Because in criminal law the individual has broken the governing body’s law, he or she is required to face punishment from the government. There is no need to consent with the victim, should there be one.Is criminal law the type of law you will pursue? If so, there is little doubt that you have many outstanding opportunities in the universities that you can attend to get your law degre

    Team Building-the All Inclusive Way
More and more people are booking "all inclusive" holidays. These are the ones that have all meals and (usually locally produced) drinks included in the base price of the holiday. Providing the food is appetising and (for me) the beer is drinkable, they do just fine.Flicking through a travel brochure the other day, I got to thinking what other commercially available offerings could be all inclusive. I decided that team building is certainly one."What's new?" I hear you ask. "I've never had to pay for my drinks or food on a corporate away day." Well, food and drink are not the only - or even most important - resources at an away day or conference. The people are.So how does the term "all inclusive" apply to the team members themselves? It's easy - think about
About a month ago I had the privilege of giving a demo of the next version of Sonic Page Blaster to the attendees at Yanik Silver’s “Underground Online Marketing Seminar”. I fielded a couple questions afterwards that bear a better treatment than I could manage on the spur of the moment and in less than 60 seconds.

Q: If we create “feeder” sites that point to our main sales page or “money site”, won’t they be adversely affected by Google’s sandbox?

A: Let’s first define what we mean by the “Google sandbox”. Over the last seven months or so it has become apparent that new web sites do not tend to show as high a page rank as older established sites. The reason for this is not a raw prejudice against new sites. According to my sources, it is instead an attempt by the search engine giant to discount the effect of reciprocal linking, especially paid linking. If links cost you money and they have no immediate effect, chances are most people will abandon the practice.

And that’s exactly what Google is hoping for. Frankly, I understand and support this move. The reason is that Google’s motives and mine coincide. Google is trying to make sure they return the most relevant and highest quality results available for a given search term. If I have the most relevant and authoritative web site for a given subject that encompasses those same search terms, I want Google to return my results a

    When Salespeople Finally Snap
Weaseling his way through the crowded streets, the young, brown-haired Nick Jones approached the office door. The streets fell silent as he paused before the door handle. As Nick’s hand inched forward, it seemed like the door was growing taller and wider. With a hastened mount of strength, Nick reached for the handle and pulled open the door. He forced his plastic smile as he tried his best to walk confidently into the lobby.Reaching the receptionist of the finely decorated office lobby, Nick proudly and politely announced, “I’m Nick Jones. Could I speak to the person in charge of office equipment?”An awkward silence loomed between them, but Nick remained smiling with an outstretched arm offering his business card. Finally, the receptionist broke her tho

    Laser Machining
Laser machining technology uses high intensity laser beams of varying widths for a variety of applications such as slotting, cutting, and creating holes. It can be used in fabrication of different types of materials such as metals, plastics, vinyl, glass, marble, and graphite. Other materials that can be fabricated using laser machining include nylon, ceramics, carbon fiber, composites, soft rubber, and thin metal foils.Laser machining systems are used in conjunction with computer numeric control (CNC), which makes it ideal for use with thin walled tubing, boasting beam widths down to .0005'. In this process, the machining operator uses computers to control machine tools for manufacturing complex and intricate parts in metal and other materials.A laser machining pr

Writing A Resume That Gets You Noticed
As the old saying goes, “you never get a second chance to make a first impression.” In today’s business world, of course, that first impression usually does not come from a face-to-face conversation, but from whatever you can tell your future boss about yourself on paper: your resume. But knowing what information to put on your resume is a challenge. You want to tell your future boss about every noteworthy thing you’ve ever done, but your future boss only has a precious few seconds to look at your resume and the countless others that pass their way. How do you create a resume that makes a first impression that counts?Of course, there are the basic things that any employer is going to want to know:• Job objective, telling what kind of position you are looking

Making Money Online: Blogs versus Subscription Websites
What is the difference between a blog and a subscription website? This is a question we are often asked. Our answer usually goes along these lines:There are some similarities and many differences between blogs and subscription websites.Let us start with the similarities:1. The majority of blogs and subscription websites focus on a narrow specialisation. For example, fly fishing in Scotland or beer distribution in the US.2. Both are usually driven by an individual’s passion and expertise for their specialisation.3. Both involve writing about this specialisation and posting this information on the web in a timely wayNow the differences:1. Blogs are usually written by people wishing to share their opinion and expertise.ncide. Google is trying to make sure they return the most relevant and highest quality results available for a given search term. If I have the most relevant and authoritative web site for a given subject that encompasses those same search terms, I want Google to return my results at the top of the heap. I don’t want spammy link farms to change this.

The key is quality. Really, over time, the best search engine marketing strategy is to create a killer web site. Wouldn’t it be nice if all the energy we direct towards search engine optimization could instead be focused on the quality of our web site? Google feels the same way, believe me, and the refinements they make to their alogorithms are designed to move in that direction. For that reason alone, the quality and focus of your web site is your best long-term SEO play.

    Q. Could automatically generated web pages be penalized as "spam" by search engine spiders?

    A. I call Sonic Page Blaster “SPB” a lot, and I definitely don’t think of the “S” as standing for “spam”. On the contrary, Sonic Page Blaster simply saves you time in creating search engine-friendly web pages that contain really good articles that pertain exactly to the content of your web site. No “automatic” content system can find the content that best fits your niche. You need to either write or find the articles that will help your web site visitors or subscribers
