Public Relations That’s probably because it is not as hyped or as well publicized as DJK is.Public relations is the art and science of managing communications between an organization and its key publics to build, manage and sustain its positive image. It comprises of the activities and policies used to create public interest in a product, person, idea, institution, or business establishment.By its attributes, it is committed to promoting particular interests to the public in the most favorable light. Thus, its goal is to create, through the organization of news and advertising, an advantageous image for its client, be it a business corporation, cultural institution, or private or public individual. In doing so, numerous research techniques and communications media are utilized. Pre These two guides are as different as night and day. Beating Adwords is a very clearly well written guide that is extremely easy to understand. The guide is basically a step by step walk through of the PPC process. It tells you what you should do to setup a successful PPC campaign. You are also told what not to do which is probably more important than knowing what to do in that it will save you time, money, and a lot of headaches. The guide does not make any wild claims that you can just sit back and do nothing and somehow, magically, the money will start rolling in. You are told from the start of the guide and on the pitch page that there will be work on your part for the outlined strategies to work. You are not given any hyped up BS that you can make money with Bring Out the Positive - The Power of Employee Recognition With all of the hype that has been going around all over the net about day job killer you would think that this is the end all to your problems of marketing on the Internet. Here’s a side by side comparison of Day Job Killer and Beating Adwords. I have read both of these guides and here’s my take on each of them. When we talk about feedback, most of us will associate it with an unpleasant experience. Feedback sessions we had as subordinates or the session we conducted as a supervisor is invariably, is to bring out the negative behaviour of an employee into the open. In almost all the cases, the feedback unfold the power of destruction. Effective managers recognise the power of negative feedback. High performance managers direct their energies to bring out the positive elements of an employee’s behaviour, thereby creating opportunities to reinforce the positive behaviour. Effective managers focus on bringing their subordinates towards the desired state of affairs - the target. What should we do to make this po Day Job Killer is a PPC guide that was written by Chris McNeeney. Chris is also the author of Adwords Miracle and Project Affiliate X. I’ve read Project Affiliate X and found that it was written with great care. Project Affiliate X is a concise and clearly written guide that is very easy for the average reader to follow and understand. There are many good strategies in this guide that work very well. This guide is a good read. I can’t comment about Adwords Miracle because I have never read it. Project Affiliate X broke the record on clickbank for the most sales made in the first week. In my opinion Day Job Killer, unlike Project Affiliate X, was carelessly and hurriedly written in order to get it out as quickly as possible to get similar success results as he did with Project Affiliate X. Day Job Killer did break Project Affiliate X’s record for the most sales made in the first week. Unfortunately Day Job Killer does not come even close to all of the hype and claims Chris and his affiliates are pushing. The guide is very poorly written with so many spelling errors that at times you have a hard time figuring out what some of the words are. The layouts of the strategies are really bad and are unlike what the author and his affiliates claim, and are very hard to understand. The black hat strategies in this guide are going to get a lot of marketers in trouble with Google. If you are new to pay per click it will be impossible to succeed with the Day Job Killer strategies. Even if you are a seasoned pay per click marketer I guarantee that it will take a lot more work and improving on any given strategy to make any of the strategies work. It makes me shutter with anger every time I think of the claim that Day Job Killer was written for the everyday marketer. While I can’t tell you how to do any particular strategy, I can tell you about one, and what it is supposed to do. I remember this particular idea because it didn’t sit very well with me because it was so ridiculous that there is no way that it could ever work. What it claims to do is to knock off a successful ad campaign that has been running for a long time. In other words make that marketer take his campaign and run for the hills to never be seen again. I can tell you that the strategies in this guide will be very difficult if not impossible to implement. Stay away from this guide because it is of high risk. You will certainly lose a lot more money than you will ever make with this thing. It goes without saying, that I never used any of the strategies in this guide and you shouldn’t either. They are too risky. The authors of Beating Adwords are Kyle and Carson, better known as the Wealthy Affiliates. They don’t disclose their last names. What’s up with everyone using made up names or only using their first names lately? I guess if it works for one person everyone is going to jump on the bandwagon and try it themselves. Unlike Day Job Killer, Beating Adwords is not anywhere near as popular as DJK is. That’s probably because it is not as hyped or as well publicized as DJK is. One technique Gary Halbert used was to ask his list for their home address, because he wanted to send them something to help them with their marketing. Then he sent them a lumpy mail package. But he got their home address. Now he can send them direct mail pieces and cut through all the email clutter by bypassing it completely (well, actually by supplementing it). Yanik Silver mentioned this as well. He obtains their home phone number and sends them a voice broadcast (see above). Joe Vitale does this too. So does Bill Glazer. Hmm, if all of these top marketers use this technique, do you think it works?Going Ou Project Affiliate X broke the record on clickbank for the most sales made in the first week. So, if you fail to get on board, it will be like struggling to build a customer list without e-mail, whilst all your competitors are kicking sand in your face with their super-duper, mink lined auto-responders.The concept of "visual marketing" is a well established principle used by advertisers on TV since the medium was invented. And the reason is simple: it's the most compelling form of marketing known to man, because pictures -- particularly moving ones -- play directly with the prospective customers emotions. And people decide to buy based on their emotions, not on logic. Logic is While I can’t tell you how to do any particular strategy, I can tell you about one, and what it is supposed to do. And all of the hard work and preparation has now paid off in the form of the perfect job!You scanned the job ad and found the contact information, pasted your cover letter and attached your resume. You are not given any hyped up BS that you can make money with little or no work on your part. When’s the last time you made money without having to do anything for it? That’s what attracted me to buy this guide in the first place. The guide talks about optimizing your web pages and tells you how to do it to give you better results with your PPC campaign. It teaches you how to bid on keywords at as low of a cost as possible and still be effective and at the same time be the most profitable. In other words they teach you how to get the biggest bang out of your buck. There are a lot of things in that guide about using Google’s adwords system that I never knew about and am sure that most people don’t know about as well. The things that you learn about the adwords system alone will absolutely blow your mind. I spent two weeks getting everything setup and underway using the Beating Adwords strategies. It was quite a bit of work but I got everything up and running and so far after running my PPC ads for the past week everything is looking great and I am in profit to this point. If you have been considering buying a Pay Per Click guide, Beating Adwords is far and away the better choice. If you have been considering buying Day Job Killer you may want to put that thought out of your mind because you will get severely burned if you try using the strategies in that guide.
