Fear of Success? Fear of Failure?
What's holding you back? One of my clients came to me saying he wanted to expand his business - something he had thought about for years. He described the changes he wanted to make but he had taken limited action to make those changes happen. When he talked about what he wanted, his eyes lit up, he smiled, and there was passion and joy in his voice. Years? What was stopping him? I listened as he expressed his internal conflict. He said “ My business is going well, and it’s not like I have to make changes, maybe it's not that important… on and on." Bottom line - some part of him inside continued to feel unfulfille

Did Your Customer Come For The Customer Service?
As a consumer we often shop at our favorite stores and go to our favorite restaurants. Many times we make a choice solely based on the customer service we get and other times it is a combination of customer service and product. Nevertheless, the customer service aspect of it all is paramount and what keeps us coming back.As business owners we must remember these things and why customers come to our establishments or hire out our services. Ask yourself when looking at a customer; Did your customer come for the customer service? Are they here right now because they wanted to do business with you because you treat
There comes a time for most people where their business reaches a plateau.

It's normally when so much of your time is taken running your business that you don't have enough time to work on expanding it and taking it to the next level. This also means your earnings/profits also get stuck at a certain level.

This is when you need to look at your business and work out what processes and tasks you can outsource. If you don't do this, you won't be able to take your business to the next "level".

Whether it's answering email, support, research, site building or article writing, there will be something that you can outsource.

It can be a bit of a leap the first time you do it, I know for me it was a bit of a rench because it seemed like I was letting go of some level of control of my business. I only realised after I'd done it that it was actually the reverse, I was stopping the company from controlling me, and in doing so freeing up my time for more profitable things.

If you are like me, then once you realise this you will start to look for what else you can outsource..

The first task I outsourced was submitting my sites to directories for free one way inbound links to help those site rank better. It is such a boring tedious task that I was spending very little time doing it, so little in fact that I might as well not have been doing it.

I placed a job description on RentaCoder and within a few days had 20+ people bidding on the job, varying from around $2 per hour to over $5 an hour for the work. Some people even had lists of directories that they could supply as they had previously done similar work for other clients.

I ended up choosing a company who do the work for $3 and hour and can cope with as much work as I give them. I now have around 50-60 sites being submitted to my list of directories every 4-6 weeks and all I have to do is prepare the list of site to be submitted.

I also have a couple of people writing articles for me so that I can have unique content for some of my sites.

I am planning on outsourcing a couple of other aspects of my business shortly as well, including site building with one of the site generation tools I use, so that I can have someone else building sites for me. This of course means that my business will continue to grow even while I am away on holiday with my family.

Perhaps you're starting to get the idea of how important it is to outsource things as soon as you can. If a task is becoming mundane, monotonous or time consuming, it's time to wrtie down how you do the task and use it as a training guide for someone else to do the work..

What kind of things should you outsource?

    1. Directory submissions.

Make sure you set up a separate gmail, yahoo or hotmail account for the submission reply emails to go to and check that the work has been done.

    Making Money: The Million-Dollar Notepad
There is a tool available for making money which is so powerful that you'll never find a successful entrepreneur without one. This tool is inexpensive, available everywhere, and you probably already have one you aren't using. I'm speaking, of course, about the humble notepad. If you think I'm exaggerating the importance of this little item, visit an office supply store. Take a look at the notebooks and notepads they have for sale. There will be two basic types in various sizes: simple paperback notebooks for students and elaborate vinyl or leather versions for businessmen. Next, ask yourself this question: W

Organic Naming -- Creating Company and Products Names with Deep Roots
When Cingular decided to create a cellular phone for young children, they needed a name that would resonate with both them and their parents. The result was Firefly – a name that not only fits the product (it lights up when in use) but also one that has deep meaning. Many parents can fondly recall summer nights spent chasing the elusive lights as they danced across a fresh cut lawn or meadow. When a technology company needed a name for their new PDA a few years ago, they could have used Pocket Link (the code name for the device while it was in development). Instead they went with a much more appetizing name… The

    Get Rich Quick Scams
The term "get rich quick scam" is actually an oxymoron. The truth is, with these scams, the last thing that's going to happen is you getting rich quick. The problem is recognizing these scams. Hopefully, after reading this article, you'll have a pretty good idea of how to recognize one of these scams when they cross your path. The best thing about a get rich quick scam is that most are really pretty transparent when all is said and done. Most of the websites that promote these scams have headers that read something like "Turn $20 Into $20,000 In 30 Days" or "Make $30,000 In 30 Days, GUARANTEED!" You know the ones

If you are getting them written for submitting to article directories then better quality articles get used more and therefore you will get better more/better links.

If you are using them for your own unique content sites, then you want to offer your visitors good quality information to encourage them to visit again and to sign up for your newsletter.

You should aim for at least 500 words and a keyword density of around 2%, this should cost between $5-10 per article, depending on the quality.

When you post the job make sure candidates send you an example of their work. I would also recommend giving two or three a few test subject to write articles on before you make you're final decision as to who to use in the long term.

    3. get your articles submitted for you to Article Directories (see previous linking strategies articles).

    4. getting sites built using a site generation tool

    5. posting to forums (see previous linking strategies articles)

    6. writing ebooks and software systems to sell.

    7. designing new sites or templates for site building tools.

These are just some of the ones that are obvious to me, you may well find other things that you can outsource, the important thing is to get it done.
