It takes away a lot of frustration if you are prepared in advance.
No expertise is needed from you; you just need to be comfortable. Take your time and learn how your computer works to be more relaxed and your PC rage will forever disappear. Check with your colleagues at work or your friends and search for communities, subscribe to a computer magazines and you will find excellent tips and tricks how to operate you computer in the best way. That is nothing but bull!! You can do it all by your self. You need to learn some small basics what business doesn't require any kind of learning curve to master in some respect? Don't complicate things here and get stuck, trial and error is the best teacher.
