Earn Or Make Online Money With This Simple Process
Generating a respectable income from the internet is just one of those things that people seem to have a lot of misconceptions about. People believe that earning or making online money can only be done by scamming people or with a huge investment of money to bring the necessary traffic to your website to earn or make online money. The truth is that making money on the internet is not the esoteric and convoluted process most people make it out to be. 1. Sales -
it doesn't matter what type of business you are, if you don't have sales you won't have a business. When you are deciding to start a new business choose one that has good sales prospects. This is the total opposite of what I did and I am now in the position of having to work very hard on the marketing front to get those sales. So do your research. A good example of someone who did this was a young guy (23yrs) by the name of Sam Morgan who in 1999 started a company in New Zealand called Trademe. When he was looking around for a business idea he discovered that online auction sites made money and that where the site was first in a country it generally managed to obtain and retain market share. Sam Morgan sold Trademe in 2006 for NZD 700 million. American auction giant Ebay has failed to make any serious inroads into the New Zealand market.

    2. Marketing -
just because you're an online business doesn't mean that you should focus all your marketing efforts online and ignore the traditional areas of marketing. In fact just the opposite. Search Engine Optimization (SEO - more on this later), even if you do everything right, can take 12 to 18 months to see any results especially if you are trying to rank highly for competitive keywords, such as "gifts"! A new business owner can't wait this long to have their business in front of potential customers. Ah, but you say what about Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising? Well, my experience is that it is expensive in terms of the sales:cost ratio. So new business owners must utilise the traditional methods as well as the internet based methods to ensure that their name (brand) is getting out there. What Does it Mean to be Smart?
Do your people manage complexity effectively?Do your people respond to challenges with practical, creative and productive solutions?Once upon a time, when society was stable and things didn’t change very often, repetition was an acceptable substitute for thinking, and experience was the predictor of success. But now, things are more complex, and experience may only mean that a person has learned how to do the wrong thing very well. In the past, organizations were more hierarchical, and only a few people did the thinking for everyone else. Things are different today. It’s the companies that are able to harness the intellectual capital of their entire organization that hold the competitive advantage. In the past, decision-making trees and moral codes were established to help people with their thinking, but the validi

    The Daily Wage Earner
According to the 6,268 attendees that had been questioned about their objective why they need to work, 99 percent answered; “they need to work to earn a living and bridge the gap of their growing financial capability.” The worker should get a job to earn a living. In addition, as they work, they should be paid accordingly.Let us try to look on the idea closer, a student’s objective is to finish his/her studies. To achieve this, he/she should study hard, and the details of studying hard are: (1) should be always present in class, (2) participate in the class discussions and group works, and (3) do the homework, projects and other requirement for the course. The range of the objective of the student focuses merely on the course. On the other hand, to achieve the worker’s objective he/she should: (1) follow the company rules

Is Appreciation in the Workplace Contagious?
Is appreciation contagious? It should be. How important is it? Do we show or receive appropriate amounts of appreciation? Day after day we go to work, put forth our best effort and don't expect much for an honest day's work. But how does the day totally change when you get that unexpected thank you? If you are like me, it can make a huge difference, and make all the work that much more fulfilling. Being appreciated makes me worker harder, raises my self-esteem to new heights, and makes the job I am performing that much more enjoyable.Merriam-Webster's Dictionary: Main Entry: ap?•pre?•ci?•ate Function: verb 1 a : to grasp the nature, worth, quality, or significance of b : to value or admire highly c : to judge with hei

Going mainstream, I haven't had any experience yet between the cost/benefit difference between straight advertising versus PR, but my personal feeling is that I am more likely to check out a product recommended by someone else than a product sold by someone who says their product is the best. They would say that wouldn't they! They have a vested interest in the outcome, whereas on the face of it the person recommending someone else's product doesn't.

    3. SEO - page optimisation.
It is not enough just to design your website so that it looks good. Potential customers must be able to find you. How do they do this? If you're a new business, they won't know your name so they will search on some generic term, such as "gifts". The search engines, Google, Yahoo, MSN then go to work, spidering through millions of web-pages looking for pages that are relevant to the search term, called keywords. If your website is not easily readable by the search engines they won't read it. Simple as that. Any new business, in fact any business, new or old, wanting to operate on the internet must ensure that the pages in their website are optimized for the search engines. Many website designers will not optimise your website for you. My website designer didn’t do too bad a job, but I have done a lot of research on what makes a good page and have asked him to implement several changes to make my website more "readable". Two examples were making sure the title tag described my business i.e. unique and personalised gifts, rather than giving the name of the company i.e. BeRapt, because customer are not going to be searching for the name of a new business as they won’t have hear
