One Focused Hour A Week Will Almost Quadruple Your Business Income!
In your business, does it feel more productive, to be fulfilling the orders, or spending half a day on marketing or planning? You see, the majority of people go into business to escape working for a boss, or the long commute to work or the 9 to 5 boredom. They want freedom, flexibility and a better income. So, they take the incredibly gutsy move and go it on their own. They

A Golden Opportunity for Women Business Owners in a $15 Billion Market
The federal, state and local government agencies throughout the United States are looking to do business with women-owned firms like never before. One of the key reasons is that women-owned firms in the U.S. are growing like never before. The federal government, along with many states and local government agencies, maintain goals regarding the contracts they target for women-owne
Has the Federal Trade Commission run amuck? Indeed it has, it has become a problematic bureaucracy. The Federal Trade Commission lacks free market thinking. I always assumed that half of the Federal Trade Commissions staff are attorneys and the other half are economists. I think I am surprised that the economists have allowed the attorneys to win the internal struggle. Apparently the FTC needs to ditch the symbol of the scales on their logo, because nothing could be further from the truth, that symbol and what it represents has nothing to do with the current trends at the FTC.

The Federal Trade Commission needs to have a reading room, reading lists, which include economic theory, franchising history, entrepreneurship, which exceeds the hundreds of thousands of pages of law library books. This would be a worthy investment. Intelligent people make better decisions and less non-linear rule making.

We need to re-educate the liberalism of today’s Universities out of the heads at the Federal Trade Commission who must regulate or referee in the real world of modern business and reality. There is no place for pie in the sky, utopian dream rule making. You cannot have Utopia until it is earned and built by, yes, by us entrepreneurs. The laws and rules need to reflect

Part 1 - The Evolution of Business
Here today, I am going to share about how Business has evolved. In summary, what you will read today will be on how trade began from the time people start to exchange, to buying and selling. Brick-and-Mortar Business will be the next phase which business will go though and finally, Internet Business. As you all know, business began a long time ago. It all began with the si

    Power Teams and Information Collection
Power Teams work well when there is an element of trust and integrity. Holding the information for a project is certainly one of those areas where trust is prominent. No one should own the information but all need to have unlimited access to it. Even then, the information needs to be stored and there should be only one or two administrators that look after it. This may seem like a lot

Cash Flow - How Big Is Yours?
How’s your cash flow? I might just as well have asked a woman her age. Joe Dominguez, author of “Your Money or Your Life” says that the most embarrassing question is “How big is yours?” Your paycheck, that is.I was once sitting in a coffee shop with my friend, Jade. She had just introduced me to Phil, a friend of hers who she was doing some business with. Phil and I got to talk

You cannot have Utopia until it is earned and built by, yes, by us entrepreneurs. The laws and rules need to reflect this present period and the reality of the market place. If the Federal Trade Commission would like some titles for this new reading room, I will be glad to compile a list. We must not allow the evil, which lurks at the FTC to permeate the business community. The Federal Trade Commission is clearly “unfit to lead” such an industry like franchising.

The Federal Trade Commission and all regulatory agencies need to understand free markets and market drivers before they go meddling in them. I see that they do not. After reading a recent Franchise Report from the FTC, I the end is near for franchising and the Federal Trade Commission has no clue what to do next, so they default not to the entrepreneurs, but rather to the parasites (opinion), which brought us to this point in the first place, the gosh darn lawyers? Well, what say you? Let’s here the Federal Trade Commission Franchise Division Deny it.

Once again there will be no niceties in the salutation, I believe those must be earned. A good start would to
