    Why Distance Counseling Works
Isn’t it true that when admission officers evaluate student applications they really don’t know the student? Other than the interview that some colleges offer, acceptance decisions are based on a written document, the application. For students to portray themselves in the best light, their GPA’s, test scores, essays and recommendations must paint the best possible picture. In addition to local students, I am currently working with students and families in 16 states and 5 countries internationally. This number is increasing nearly daily. I

But the truth of the matter is that over the past 2-3 years the bulk of companies in America experienced a slowdown and were forced to layoff both contract employees as well as direct employees; but when things started coming back around in 2004, guess who those same companies hired back first….the contractors!Contract hire work is often times a different line item on a compan

    Your 52-Card Marketing Action Plan
When I was at Mark Victor Hansen's Mega Marketing Magic seminar, he gave everyone in attendance a stack of "Mega Action Cards."The stack was actually a tablet of 52 cards, one for each week of the year. The challenge? To dedicate yourself to implementing one idea a week for 52 weeks. The suggestion was to select ideas from those we were learning over the three-day event, and actually commit to implementing those ideas. What a great idea! After all, how many of us have attended

    The A-Z of Exhibiting Overseas
Exhibiting overseas is one of the fastest and most cost effective ways to identify the best foreign markets for your products/services. International trade shows and fairs offer opportunities for multilateral contacts and business deals. They allow you to test your product’s export suitability; explore the strength and scope of your competition; and gain exposure to potential suppliers, in-country distributors and customers before making any sizable financial commitments. However, to effectively trade internationally, top management must comm

If we choose to finance with credit cards the down payments and remaining initial costs, we will pay these off ASAP due to the high interest rates charged for credit cards.

    Benefits

We will buy a major medical plan through an outside insurance provider. Our franchisor has done much research on this and has located an agent with great health care and major medical programs. We can select a plan, which can be purchased for under $150.00 per month and will be paid for out of our company funds. The deductibles are extremely low and the maximum co-payment in a calendar year will be no more than $5,000. Our franchisor will pay the initial first month’s payment no matter which major medical insurance program we select. We will obviously shop around and choose the best plan for best possible price. In case of catastrophic medical problems, we can choose to purchase disability income insurance or business overhead expense insurance plans.
