Paintball 101 - What You Need to Know!
Paintball is a game played up of many players or teams. It can be played indoors or out, with as few as two people or as many as 500. Paintball is played at designated fields, back yards or even in the woods. There have been many examples of people who have overcome seemingly insurmountable odds because they believed in this principle.Recently, I came across the story of Pete Gray which is quite amazing and truly inspirational. Pete lost his right arm in a childhood accident. However, despite this, he still managed to fulfill his boyhood dream of playing major-league baseball. Pete succeeded because he didn't give-up! He simply refused to quit - and it is true that you cannot fail if you too determine that you will not quit.First identify your passion: in other words, find out exactly what you are here, on the planet, to accomplish. You have some talent that uniquely qualifies you to perform some purpose whilst you are here. So spend some time examining your deepest desires to discover that talent. Once you understand what that talent is, you can then dedicate yourself to creating your vision. Business has finally started to pick up. Things are not steady, but instead you find at times that you have too many orders to fill or too many projects to complete. You can’t afford a steady employee, or even a part time employee (or you don’t want the hassle of IRS), but you don’t want to continue working from 6 am-10pm at those busy times. What do you do?As a small business owner, I have found the best solution is to have some reliable well trained subcontractors on your “team.” When I first opened my Virtual Assistance business, I had 3 well qualified people approach me that they were interested in work, if I ever had enough. I had them sign a contract, provide me with their tax information, and told them IF I ever had work for them, I would be in touch. Since, I have used them several times, which has helped my business to grow. Here are some tips to help you get started using a subcontractor:-Find subcontractors BEFORE you need them. Don’t wait until you get that first project or order, and then you are scrambling to find someone to help you, because chances are if you find someone, they won’t be the quality you desire.-Check references. Just because they are subcontractors, doesn’t mean you should trust they will do quality work. They are representing your business, and you need to ensure that you aren’t going to spend more time cleaning up their messes, then you would if you had just done the project yourself.-Get

I've focused in the past on some individual sections of your website that you should consider implementing. What I'm going to do now is give a brief overview of a number of pages and sections that are common in websites. Home Page This page should have a short descriptive paragraph or two, along with some sort of bulleted list that a website visitor can look at and very quickly get an idea of what the site is about. This could also be called Main or Welcome, among other things. About Us This page gives an overview about the company. If the staff is fairly small, staff information can be included on this page as well. In the case of one staff member, this page may be called About Me. It may also be known as About the Company, Company History or simply History. Projects This is a page to list past work you and your company has done. It can be anything from a simple list to detailed descriptions of each project. This can also be called Portfolio. What Monday night’s game showed me is that the Bears are not invinceable. In fact, they may not be as good as we all thought. They’ve played most of their games at home and haven’t really faced a tough road challenge yet. Rex Grossman and Bernard Berrian have yet to show what they can do against a good defense on the road. I’m not sold. However, they stay at #1.
The big movers up this week, the Carolina Panthers, jump up nine spots all the way to #5, while the Falcons fall 11 spots to #16. Meantime, the Birds’ second tough loss of the season drops them out of the top 5, but not out of the top 10. Not yet, anyway.
