Paintball 101 - What You Need to Know!
Paintball is a game played up of many players or teams. It can be played indoors or out, with as few as two people or as many as 500. Paintball is played at designated fields, back yards or even in the woods. A game can last as little as 5 minutes or hours with all depending on one to take something, find something, or to just be the last person not marked.Depending on the location of where you play, the strategy of your game will vary from being quiet and sneaky and choosing your shots carefully, to being loud, fast, and shooting constantly. Paintball is a competitive sport played like any other competitive sport, to win. It is challenging game of tag, hide-and-seek or even capture-the-flag. Being you shoot at other people and they shoot at you, paintball requires safety equipment to be worn such as goggles, special clothing and etc.An essential part of paintball is the paintball itself. As in tennis, the ball is the main element of a paintball game. But unlike a tennis game, paintball has dozens, often hundreds, of "balls" in play at any one time. As the name implies, these balls are actually tiny containers of paint.Paintballs have a really simple construction. They're actually a lot like bath-oil beads. They are made of colored liquid enclosed in a gelatin shell and are available in a variety of colors. Paintball are also non-toxic, biodegradable and are water soluble.Basically, a paintball is like a small water balloon, weig

How To Advertise A Property For Sale
Selling your home without using a real estate agent is not difficult but as many buyers as possible need to know that your property is for sale if the process is to be a success. The key to getting the message out to buyers is an effective advertising campaign.Homeowners who chose to go down the private sale (FSBO) path should consider the advertising tools that traditional real estate agents use and think which ones would work best for their property. Sellers should also remember how much they are saving in commission and commit to investing part of this in advertising, a rule of thumb is to allow 1% of the property value for promoting the property. Scrimping on advertising is a false economy, if buyers don’t know that the property is for sale the property wont be sold and you may end up having to pay far more in commission to a real estate agent. The following methods are often used by homeowners looking to sell their homes and by professional real estate agents:Internet listing The internet has revolutionised how we buy real estate. Buyers are able to view thousands of potentially suitable properties from the comfort of their own home 24 hours a day. In today’s real estate market an internet listing is an essential part of marketing a property for sale. Good FSBO websites will let you write a detailed description and post pictures of your property.Internet research enables buyers to make a short-list of potentially su
What an absolutely insane first few weeks it’s been in the NFL. Seventeen teams, 17!!!, are still over .500. And it’s just crazy how one week a team (let’s say, the Giants) can look like total crap and then the following week come out and smoke a top-five team like the Falcons. Powerhouses like the Bengals losing to junk teams like the Buccaneers and surprises like the Saints are making this season something to watch. It’s almost impossible to tell who’s going to be left standing at the end of the year.

Especially after Monday night’s Bears-Cardinals game. Chicago has looked like far and away the best team in the NFL. The offense was rollin’ up the points, the defense was shuttin’ teams down and appeared to be playing with such consistency. Then, Arizona, a dreg of a team, gets them at home and blows their doors off. But, in the blink of an eye, two lucky defensive plays, a special teams sco

    You Cannot Fail
Napoleon Hill once said: "A quitter never wins and a winner never quits" And that is a wonderfully true statement! There have been many examples of people who have overcome seemingly insurmountable odds because they believed in this principle.Recently, I came across the story of Pete Gray which is quite amazing and truly inspirational. Pete lost his right arm in a childhood accident. However, despite this, he still managed to fulfill his boyhood dream of playing major-league baseball. Pete succeeded because he didn't give-up! He simply refused to quit - and it is true that you cannot fail if you too determine that you will not quit.First identify your passion: in other words, find out exactly what you are here, on the planet, to accomplish. You have some talent that uniquely qualifies you to perform some purpose whilst you are here. So spend some time examining your deepest desires to discover that talent. Once you understand what that talent is, you can then dedicate yourself to creating your vision. Then, when you have clarity on your vision, the matter of success is determined by how persistent you will be.Winners are dreamers, but they do not simply dream, they also persistently take action to move themselves in the direction of their goals. Gradually, the obstacles melt away before them and in time they begin to see the fruits of their efforts. They literally attract people, events and circumstances to them that support their effort

    Using Subcontractors
Business has finally started to pick up. Things are not steady, but instead you find at times that you have too many orders to fill or too many projects to complete. You can’t afford a steady employee, or even a part time employee (or you don’t want the hassle of IRS), but you don’t want to continue working from 6 am-10pm at those busy times. What do you do?As a small business owner, I have found the best solution is to have some reliable well trained subcontractors on your “team.” When I first opened my Virtual Assistance business, I had 3 well qualified people approach me that they were interested in work, if I ever had enough. I had them sign a contract, provide me with their tax information, and told them IF I ever had work for them, I would be in touch. Since, I have used them several times, which has helped my business to grow. Here are some tips to help you get started using a subcontractor:-Find subcontractors BEFORE you need them. Don’t wait until you get that first project or order, and then you are scrambling to find someone to help you, because chances are if you find someone, they won’t be the quality you desire.-Check references. Just because they are subcontractors, doesn’t mean you should trust they will do quality work. They are representing your business, and you need to ensure that you aren’t going to spend more time cleaning up their messes, then you would if you had just done the project yourself.-Get

    Common Sections for Your Website
I've focused in the past on some individual sections of your website that you should consider implementing. What I'm going to do now is give a brief overview of a number of pages and sections that are common in websites. Home Page This page should have a short descriptive paragraph or two, along with some sort of bulleted list that a website visitor can look at and very quickly get an idea of what the site is about. This could also be called Main or Welcome, among other things. About Us This page gives an overview about the company. If the staff is fairly small, staff information can be included on this page as well. In the case of one staff member, this page may be called About Me. It may also be known as About the Company, Company History or simply History. Projects This is a page to list past work you and your company has done. It can be anything from a simple list to detailed descriptions of each project. This can also be called Portfolio. Staff If you have a decent sized staff, you can split off the information on them from the About Us page and give them their own section. This can be anything from a simple list to a separate page on each staff member. This is also often used if an organization has a Board of Directors. Links A links page is pretty common. However, you should be careful about this page. In most cases, it should be very different from a personal li

aying with such consistency. Then, Arizona, a dreg of a team, gets them at home and blows their doors off. But, in the blink of an eye, two lucky defensive plays, a special teams score and a missed Neil Rackers FG later, the Bears are still undefeated.

What Monday night’s game showed me is that the Bears are not invinceable. In fact, they may not be as good as we all thought. They’ve played most of their games at home and haven’t really faced a tough road challenge yet. Rex Grossman and Bernard Berrian have yet to show what they can do against a good defense on the road. I’m not sold. However, they stay at #1.

The big movers up this week, the Carolina Panthers, jump up nine spots all the way to #5, while the Falcons fall 11 spots to #16. Meantime, the Birds’ second tough loss of the season drops them out of the top 5, but not out of the top 10. Not yet, anyway.

    Now… onto the ran
