that you want to invest your time with. There are several ways to go about writing a small note of appreciation to an interviewer. Try getting a business card from your interviewer. (Nowadays, it seems like everyone has a business card – including my hairdresser!) If you cannot, be sure to remember to write down the name of your interviewer before you go to the interview. Alternatively, attempt to remember his or her name as you introduce yourself at the beginning of the interview. Also, get the address of the establishment you visited. (If it is a branch office of a larger company, strive to use the branch address, NOT the corporate headquarters!)The note of thanks is meant to be just that – a note! Not a long, drawn out letter that reiterates your excellent professional skills for the job position – that was what the interview has already es 3.The gurus or what they call the top money makers will tell you to step out there and just do it. We all approach people and in our mind we already hear the word Yes! So, for those that can't stand to hear NO, keep in mind it is a process and after awhile when you hear NO it won't be so devastating and you will understand that it is not about you, but they really may not want what you're peddling or to join your opportunity, sometimes they really can't afford it or cannot fulfill the commitment to you as a business partner or customer. Why would you keep hammering away at these people? That's like beating your head against brick wall and then of course in your warm market you risk alienating yourself you're your friends and family if you are wounded emotionally by the word NO. It's okay to say NO. Think of yourself when the shoe is on the other foot and you have to tell a network marketer NO. 4.Stop the NO phobia. Sometimes we emotionally and mentally paralyze ourselves because of the NO phobia, our own fears, the negative self talk and/or tape running in our head. This takes some introspection on your part. What happens to you inside when you hear the word NO. What have you attached to the word NO. What stops you from moving forward after you hear NO? If you let the word NO stop you from moving forward, your reaction can create the worse outcomes…inaction and complacency. 5.Show up prepared, full of energy and enthusiasm. Don't get in the habit of demanding something in return to those you reach out to and waste your energy on expectations over which you have no control. Be positive and rely on the quality of what you can offer the person and not so much as what they can do for you. So, when and if that NO comes, it becomes about them because they've passed up the chance to possibly make an enormous difference in their life. If you want to hear positive affirmation for your opportunity, product or service, approach your prospects with your emotional and mental armor on keeping in mind that you may hear a NO before you receive a YES. Just know and believe that there are plenty of YESes out there just waiting to be found!
