Hunters and Farmers, To Be a Master Salesperson You Must Excel at Being Both
Yes this is an article on selling not about buying a large rural property. I'm referring rather to the nature of salespeople, the hunter nature of the majority and farmer nature of the rest. Everyone who sells feels most comfortable in one camp or the other. A small percentage of salespeople excel in both. These are the true masters.Having been a salesperson, as well as a sales manager and trainer for over 35 years, there is no doubt in my mind that the majority of salespeople today are 'hunters' and the vast majority of sales managers and business owners want 'hunters' on their sales team. Hunters are those who thrive on the kill right now. They want the business now. So do the people who direct them. There is only one problem with being a hunter, isn't there? When there is little game around, there is nothing to shoot at and the hunte

This will of course regulate her feelings and desires in the future to go there. On the other hand, if the person is hit on the back of her head by an unknown assailant and is subsequently unable to find her purse, she will develop the "belief" that
    Encourging Employees Responsibility (your responsibility)
Merely assigning a task with detailed instructions is not effective delegation. An employee cannot grow without the freedom to make decisions on how the job should be done. Managers must also be aware that only through the conjunction of responsibility and authority can the desired results be achieved. Additionally, a delegate must be held accountable for his or her actions. After a manager has delegated a task to a subordinate, he or she must not take it back, make changes in the assignment, or redelegate it. This causes great frustration on the part of a subordinate. In fact, the employee may lose motivation and interest in the project, doubting whether he or she will ever be given the opportunity to complete it. When work is repeatedly taken back, the responsibility and authority are reassumed by the manager and delegation has failed.Transfer of authority gives the delegate power to command resource
We are born with feelings. Feelings are part of an evolutionary mechanism which is designed to protect and help us. They tell us the truth about our environment. For example, animals are endowed with feelings of fear as a survival mechanism against predators. Feelings of pleasure during acts of procreation are designed as an evolutionary mechanism to perpetuate our continued existence. Feelings of pain are designed to help us avoid unpleasant and potentially dangerous experiences. Feelings often tell us deep truths in support of the well being and continued existence of our inner self. Little children only have feelings and no beliefs; these are built up over time either through external input or their own experiences. It is often the case that children can be surprisingly insightful. This is because children have feelings as the only inner whispers in the absence of other belief-driven voices. The ability to listen to such feelings provides a harmony with the inner self. Being one with our inner self provides great power, peace and clarity.

While feelings are often a part of the subconscious, beliefs are thoughts which are present in the conscious mind, and are therefore inherently "louder voices" than feelings. Beliefs reflect our prior understandings from either experiences or external input. Beliefs provide a learning component to our reactions to feelings and can also affect the feelings and future courses of action. Often beliefs can be useful in regulating feelings and re-enforcing them in a way that our prior experiences can be effectively leveraged for future use. For example, consider a situation in which a person has no prior belief about the safety of spending leisure time in Central Park in New York City. If she goes there a few times without any unpleasant incident, it will become a "belief" for her that Central Park is a safe place. This will of course regulate her feelings and desires in the future to go there. For Those Who Are Really Sick Of Their Jobs Working For Others
If you’re given a choice of making $500 as a one-time payment OR getting only $100 but paid this amount every month for 20 years if not for life, which would you choose? If you work only once and get paid many times over, you’re earning a RESIDUAL INCOME. Of course you’d choose the latter.Elvis Presley today “continues” to earn residual income even after death because his records continue to “work” for him due to continued demand from his fans. Therefore it goes without saying that in order to build wealth, you need to tap into RESIDUAL INCOME.Very often this is also referred to as “PASSIVE INCOME” because you could afford to be passive or non-active (i.e. not having to work) and still continue to receive income. If you're like most people, you've been conditioned your whole life to think about income as a process of trading time and effort for money. Like the majority, you have been

Using ETFs To Invest In International Markets
In recent years, investors from North America have taken serious interest in investing in international markets. With a lot of the foreign markets outperforming the US markets and the US dollar having fallen dramatically against a lot of major currencies. It is of no surprise that US investors are looking elsewhere for diversification. As an average investor or trader, it is very hard to invest in different foreign markets using individual stocks. Your brokerage firm may not provide foreign market trading, some countries may even forbid foreigners from investing into their stocks or it could be extremely expensive way to invest. As market tools become more and more sophisticated, there is now a very simple and straightforward way to add a foreign touch to your portfolio. Investors can now use ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) to gain assess to a lot of foreign markets. ETFs are index funds that trade just

    2007 Nursing Job Market
It is estimated that the number of employments of registered nurses is going to increase at a rate much faster than any other occupation by 2010 as many current nurses are on the edge of their retirement opening thousands of spots in coming years. As a matter of fact, nursing is currently the only largest health care field in United States with over 2.7 million registered nurses. Not only that as we find the increase in the number of specialized medical areas and practices being involved into surgeries and other operations, the demand for specialized nurses are increasing in some of these important areas like the outpatient facilities, nursing homes and home healthcare, emergency room care, critical care, mental health care, oncology, geriatrics, pulmonary, pediatrics, obstetrics etc.A nursing degree is always going to keep you one step ahead of others which ensures that you have undergone proper training a

    Leaving Guilt Outside the Bedroom
Many people often make the mistake of carrying the past with them, when they should have dumped it the moment they pass over that particular phase in life. Instead of taking the walk of life without any burden, they prefer to hang on to their guilty past and blame themselves for all the things that they cannot rectify now. And when men carry such guilt into their bedroom, even Viagra can’t be of much help. Man should learn to leave their guilty past behind, and look forward to a healthy and fulfilling sex life.A guilt feeling arising out of some ugly sexual experience or incidents in the past can wreck havoc on a man’s sex life. There are instances when men, who had the painful experience of being sodomized in their childhood, tremble at the very thought of sex. For them sex is everything that is forceful, painful and shameful. Forget getting an erection for sex, they freak out at the mere mention of the wor

This will of course regulate her feelings and desires in the future to go there. On the other hand, if the person is hit on the back of her head by an unknown assailant and is subsequently unable to find her purse, she will develop the "belief" that Central Park is not a safe place to be. In some cases, a person may be able to avoid this unpleasant experience with the aid of her feelings, even if there is no prior belief. For example, if the person notices furtive behavior of some wanderers in Central Park, her innermost feelings will express discomfort. In the absence of prior beliefs, this will tell her that it is best to leave. Thus, in this case, a person who listens to their feelings can derive a truth which is useful to them. In the future, this feeling may become a "belief". The important point to understand is that beliefs provide a memory to our prior experiences and feelings and are a characteristic of more intelligent forms of life such as humans and some other mammals. Beliefs which are derived from personal experiences are also flexible, because a person knows how and when it was derived. For example, if a person develops the belief that Central Park is a safe place from experience, and subsequently gets robbed, she will be willing to change this belief. It is also clear that while beliefs are created by feelings and experiences, they themselves also affect feelings and choices, which in themselves may create other beliefs. Thus, a given belief may also lead to other interconnected beliefs and feelings-- a self-perpetuating mechanism.

Many beliefs are not derived from personal experience but have always been present from external input in early childhood. Such beliefs have been trusted by the person to regulate their feelings for so long, that they may be uncertain of the nature of their feelings if the belief is removed from their system. This leads to some interesting situations in terms of connections with one's in
