    Financial Advisor
A financial advisor is a person who advises people of all walks of life on financial affairs. He is a very valuable servicer in the area of saving money and making investments. He makes investment decisions, manages your finances and gives you all financial advice. Thus he influences the vital decisions in your life, career, business and future. So the financial advisor should definitely be a qualified and experienced person who has experience with various financial matters. In matters related to money, experience counts. Practice makes perfect, says the proverb. You can never risk your career and money for unintelligent advice. So qualification and competence matter. How will you check a financial advisor’s credentials? Of course the reputation and references are important. Credentials must also be consid

Getting Married at the Beach? Here's How to Enjoy the Music
If you plan to get married on the beach, and want to keep things authentic and tropical, you will want the right kind of beach wedding music. The right kind of music playing at your wedding will definitely help set the tone. Keeping things simple is the way to go, plus it will keep the costs down. Try looking for a guitar player or two who can play tropical beach wedding music. He or she can play softly during the wedding reception, all instrumentally of course, no singing. Guitarists playing strings softly in the background can be very romantic and still have a tropical feel. Prices will vary from person to person, however, but if you still find a professional wedding entertainer too expensive, you can make a CD of your own for your beach wedding music. Many websites today will allow you to download any kind o
10 Tips to organize your home - sounds simple doesn’t it? Well if you have two young children and a busy hectic lifestyle then it becomes a question of finding the “time”. My Husband and myself have agreed after numerous discussions that it’s best done as a “routine” - take that as Tip#1.

So for all you Moms out there don’t get too worried – I’ve been in the same situation and found that if you apply the following 10 tips to organize your home then you will certainly feel that you have regained more “control over your life.” I’m sure you know what I mean – it’s the frustration that you get when you feel that your home is untidy or disorganized and you feel incapable of sorting it out!

To be honest, in putting these 10 tips together, I had a little help – sometimes, whether we like it or not, we do need help!

Anyway here are the most useful 10 tips for organizing your home that I’ve found and am happy to share with you!

Tip #1- Get into a Routine

Sounds simple doesn’t it – well take it from me it’s one of the hardest tasks to do. Children tend to disrupt the routine – well just adjust it to suit the time that you feel less tired and encourage your spouse to help as part of the routine (I know this can also be a challenge!)

Tip #2- Make a “To do List”

Make a “to do list”. As a teacher, I have always found this has helped me “organize” my day at school for lessons planning, staff meetings and have always found it effective – so, guess what? I now do it for organizing the home. I’ve found that if I make a list of 6 items of importance – I get them done!

Tip #3 – Teach Discipline Discipline, I hear you say! Yes, I have found that when I am strict with my husband and children as to where things MUST go – it then becomes “habitual”. For example, with the children if they have left any toys lying around after playing with them I encourage them to put them away in their “tidy box” or on the shelf. However, I find that I hardly ever have to do that now!

    For Sale By Owner
Do you remember when everyone read the classified ads? You could buy or sell anything (legal) by placing an ad in the newspaper or the item-specific ad weeklies; of course you still can, but an even better option for most consumers and marketers these days is the online seek/find route.Someone out there is looking for a new home but dreads the process of driving to, walking through, and weighing options while a sales agent breathes down the back of their shirt. The buyer prefers to be their own “finder” but may retain a realtor as the transaction agent, the one who handles the paperwork after finding a new home. Wouldn’t we all like to omit the middleman (or woman) as often as possible, or rather omit their fee? A prospective buyer goes online and looks for a home for sale by owner. That buyer may be in your ho

Hearing that they have to have rich-content sites, these green marketers recklessly fill their sites with flood of contents, but only to find that they cannot make any sale. High Profit Real Estate Investing--Make a Good Deal Every Time!

Funding Your Deals3. Negotiating4. Knowing a Good Deal when you see one.Yes all of them are important. And if you answered #4 – you're right on the money. Tip #4 - Make Organizing Fun

When I was discussing with my Husband what would he put in as the 10 tips to organize your home he said make it fun. Yes, FUN. Why you may ask? – well it’s human nature! As a teacher I have always found that the best way to teach and for students to learn is to have some Fun. Strange – I didn’t see that one initially but when I involve the children in helping with the chores and we have fun doing it, well its so much less stressful!

    Tip #5 – Organize Storage

All things in the home must have a “Home” that’s one of the things I say to the children. In our home my Husband (Quite a handyman!) has made numerous shelves that are just high enough for the children to reach and put their books back (Why didn’t I think of that?) and he has made for example a “fish net” that hangs from the ceiling in the Kids bedrooms where the “stuffy animals” are kept! It’s quite logical if you plan “How things are to be stored – then storage becomes Easy”!

Tip #5 – Organize you Closets

This tip has been one of the most contentious in compiling the 10 tips of organizing your home. Why? Because when something is not seen (in the closet) you can get the False Feeling of it’s all organized. It boils down to shelves and racking. On the shelves divide up sweaters, blouses, the clothes you wear now. Constantly review which clothes are this seasons, or are still in fashion and that you need – separate the ones you don’t like or need or have gone out of fashion and bring them to your local charity shop. As for racks – great for shoes and trainers!

Tip #6 – Organize your kitchen

Organize you cabinets for plates, Tupperware, guest tableware – separately if possible, if not, separate shelves. It’s amazing how “efficient” food preparation becomes when everything has its designated place – especially when it comes to preparing the children’s lunches. Ano
