a millionaire, it may take you 5 years, 10 years or, 20 years to get there. You may fall short of your goal and be only worth a 1/2 million dollars. In any case, a goal (target) that you miss is always better than no target at all! If you succeed, people will say you got "lucky" and they will resent you.

Why? Because 95% of the people you know don't have any real goals. They just follow the followers, working their job, making ends meet and they settle for whatever life will "give" them. If you are made of the "right stuff" you will not settle for what life "gi

Planning Your Nuptials With the Internet
Whether you're planning your big day a year in advance or a few months in advance, or maybe just looking for tips on eloping, you're going to need somebody on your side to help you organize and plan - somebody who isn't your mother or your mother-in-law-to-be or any number of well meaning aunts, each with her own ideas of what your wedding should look like. There are a number of sites you can turn to that are not only unbiased but really know what they're talking about, but two stand ou
If you have been reading this mini-series on personal achievement (Part 1-5) then you know that it’s been a variety of discussions about setting goals and objectives and getting things done. I hope these articles have helped you. To wrap up this topic I copied a page from one of our Smart Book titled: “The keys To Success” which appears below:

“This information has put a "bow and arrow" in your hands, it has armed you with the weapon of knowledge. Now, picture in your mind that your holding your "bow and arrow" and you want to hit the "bulls eye" of the target which is about 100 feet away from you. You probably never shot an arrow before or, are really inexperienced at shooting an arrow. What do you do? You put the arrow in the bow, draw back on the string, using your vision, you target the arrow at the bulls eye and fire. Now, you will probably miss the bull’s eye for sure and, maybe the whole target! But, the important point is that you had a "vision" and you "targeted your arrow" and fired the arrow at the target. If you missed the target completely, what would you do? You would reload your bow, aim at the target, and adjust for errors and fire. Now, you may not have hit the bull’s eye, and you may have missed the target again. But, you got closer to the target because you adjusted your aim. What do you do now? You reload and shoot again! Each time you load and shoot at the bulls eye you will get closer and closer to the bull’s eye with practice. Eventually, you will start hitting the target and, with enough practice, you will put the arrow right in the bull’s eye, every time. Practice makes perfect

Your goals are the same as the "bulls eye" in the example above and your efforts are the "bow and arrow". You set a goal in your vision, take aim and shoot for it. If you come short of the goal; reload, adjust for errors, aim and fire! Each time you set a goal and come short of accomplishing the goal (or hitting the target) reload, adjust for errors, aim and fire! Do this again and again until you "hit the bulls eye". You will find that setting goals and accomplishing those goals takes practice. No matter what you do or, how many times you fail to get your goal, you are far better off than the person who has no target. If your goal is to be a millionaire, it may take you 5 years, 10 years or, 20 years to get there. You may fall short of your goal and be only worth a 1/2 million dollars. Legal Secretary Jobs
There are many tools that exist now that did not in the 1990's and early 2000's for learning how to become a legal secretarial/word processor. The internet and cd-roms did not exist back then and they are some of the tools that one can use to help become a legal secretary/word processor. Before these mediums existed people would have to learn from on-the-job training only. If you were not quick and could not adapt quickly you would lose a temporary assignment or not be asked to come

    The Five Body Skin Types
Just like our skin on our face, we have a skin type for our bodies, and this might not necessarily be the same as what we are on our face. Read the information below to help determine which body skin type you are and look for products that match these conditions described below.Dry Skin - skin feels tight after showering and if left un-moisturized, will easily flake and crack. Tip: if you are exposed to air-conditioning, try keeping a bowl of water near the unit or air vent to

Leadership Skills Means Turnover is Not a Problem
“Ha!” you say. “For someone to make a statement like that, they obviously haven’t worked in the real world and certainly have never had to run a company.” Well, let me assure you. In my past I’ve not only run companies, but spent many years in one of the most notorious industries for turnover – the restaurant industry.Don’t get me wrong, I understand and appreciate the challenges that turnover creates. Turnover causes a drop in productivity, lower profits, inconsistent qualit

If you are made of the "right stuff" you will not settle for what life "gives" you. No, you will settle in the security of the knowledge that you are shooting for “the best” out of life. The minute that you start setting "goal-targets" people will resent you. Why? Because your vision confronts them with the fact that they don't have one and that makes them jealous and resentful. Now, if you are ready for success, you will thrive on this because, you will serve as an example of what happens when you stop "following the follower" and start being a "leader". “
