    Friday Night Fitness Dates
Close your eyes and imagine this romantic setting: an intimate picnic on the beach, you and your mate enjoying strawberries from a fresh fruit salad, and both of you enjoying the ocean breeze as plans are being made for your next date. All of this, of course, after you jogged with your sweetie on the beach at sunset. That’s right, “jogged”!While many couple’s idea of a romantic date will still include a walk on the beach at sunset, other couples are increasingly opting for inclusion of a healthful fitness activity instead. Around the country, these “fitness dates” have become more and more popul

So why isn't there a well known once-and-for-all cure out there? Well, let me tell you as a former medical industry insider...uhh, kind of. I worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for a whopping 5 months before I quit due to what I perceived as a business code of questionable ethics. The reasons why systemic C. albicans infections are under diagnosed (or undiagnosed) are simple. First, there is no money in curing a patient, only in relieving symptoms. That way, when the symptoms return so does the patient and his/her money. Second, the safe, natural ways to treat yeast infections are unpatentable, and therefore unprofitable....at exorbitant margi

Woman and Depression - Help And Answers For The Woman With Depression Among Us
Woman and Depression... many in our society think Woman and Depression always go hand in hand. The truth though, is that woman and depression don't always have to go together. This article will address some issues that woman and depression face today.Woman and Depression - It's Not Just For WomenDepression can affect anyone, it does not matter the type of people. It has no rules for those of a certain age, race, sex, or social class. But, when it comes to sex, women are twice as likely to become affected than men. Men are affected by depression, but most stats say that women experience de
Candida albicans. Are you familiar with the term? It is a fungal form of life, similar to plants (think mushrooms) but of a different kingdom. C. albicans is a resident in the gut of every person on this planet, and should be present in it's yeast, or dormant, form. But when your body is out of balance C. albicans morphs into it's mycelial, or fungal, form. The dreaded yeast infection cometh. It is estimated that perhaps 80% of the population suffers from this type of infection, although personally I think the percentage is higher.

Why is that? Well, your body is a prime piece of habitat for billions of microscopic organisms. Disturbing to think about I know, but an established fact. It's consistently warm and wet, plus it provides a steady supply of food. Because of this it is very much coveted by many single celled and some multi celled creatures. And much like lions fighting for their territory, or humans scrapping over borders, these critters protect their turf. Usually there is a balance, the ones we've evolved with (lactobacillus, acidophilus, etc...) keeping the others in check by denying them space.

Or at least, that's how it should be.

But of course, that's not how it is when you have a yeast infection. What changes this balance is antibiotics. You get sick, you take your meds, and in the process unwittingly open the door for C. albicans to sweep through your system, not to mention resistant bacteria and viruses. You see, antibiotics are indiscriminate killers, knocking off whatever bacteria (but NOT viruses or fungi) comes in their path. Good or bad, it doesn't matter. And guess who's left on the prime patch of real estate just itching to multiply? That's right, the bad guys.

Once this has happened (as it has to just about everyone) your body is out of balance. Unless you took a course of probiotics right after the antibiotics you have a systemic C. albicans infection.

Maybe you've noticed you're tired these days. Or have severe allergies. Or chronic yeast infections...down there. Symptoms of a systemic C. albicans infection include, but are not limited to:

-digestive problems (think constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, etc...)

    -acne, rashes

-autoimmune disorders (lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc...)

    -depression

    -allergies

There's more, but I think you get the picture. Many of the things people accept as "just part of life" are in fact due to a systemic C. albicans infection, as unrelated as they may seem.

And just being infected isn't the end of the story here. Our modern lifestyle promotes yeast growth - less sleep, more alcohol, sugar, dairy, and refined foods. All of which are like fungal steroids. Being infected is bad enough, but you certainly don't have to turbo charge it!

Know Your Muscle Building Exercises - The Back
Every bodybuilder and weight trainer will have his or her favorite exercises for each body part. That's how it should be - as you progress through the various stages of learning you'll understand what works best for you. It is useful, however, to take stock of your progress every so often and carry out an analysis of where you are and what changes, if any, are needed to move onwards and upwards. Part of this analysis should include an assessment of the core exercises that make up your bodybuilding training program. In this article we'll look at the back exercises that have proven their worth to

Human Knowledge Through Social Network Distance Learning to Teach AI to Think
Can the human race train the new artificial intelligent super computers of the future to think just like they do? This is a tricky question and it may take a little bit of compromise between the humans and the artificial intelligence supercomputers. In other words the humans will need to modify the way they think slightly in methodology in order to train the artificially intelligent computer to work with them in a way which they desire.By allowing human knowledge to train the artificial intelligent supercomputer to think the humans will also be passing along their own philosophy in the way tha

Using the Power of Multiplication Can Make You Rich!
Placing small classified ads in the back section of newspapers is an age- old advertising medium that has been used for literally a hundred years. This method is still one of the most under-rated methods of earning a big income in today's economy. It is extremely easy to place ads (once you know the right source), and the income potential is truly enormous. Did you know that if you earned a mere $5 profit with just one newspaper ad, then you could make yourself a Fortune!Let's say you're selling an information product which costs a total of $5 both to produce and to ship to the customer.emic C. albicans infection include, but are not limited to:

    Google Adsense Tip
If you're new to using Google AdSense to earn money with your website or blog, you may be wondering how to get more clicks, or get more money for each click. Thankfully, there are some excellent Google AdSense tips that can help you out, so let's look at some of the best:Google AdSense Tip #1: Place your ad blocks above the fold. The "fold" of a webpage, is the spot where you have to start using your scroll bar to move down the page and continue reading. By placing your AdSense blocks above this part of the page, you're more likely to get clicks on those ads. This is because man

Second, the safe, natural ways to treat yeast infections are unpatentable, and therefore unprofitable....at exorbitant margins, anyway. That's why natural cures for systemic C. albicans infections, though they exist, are largely unpublicized.

Moving on. If you're reading this chances are you have, or have had, a yeast infection. The symptoms are fairly straightforward - an itchy, swollen vulva, a burning sensation, painful intercourse, and the ultimate red flag; thick off-color discharge, coupled with a memorable odor. The first thing you must do is go to your doctor to determine what kind of organism is causing you the trouble. A yeast infection shares symptoms with many other more serious infections, so you must first definitively determine what ails you. Once you have ruled out the the others and your doctor tells you it's a yeast infection you can proceed. You could go get your prescription filled, take care of it for the time being, and wait patiently for the next, inevitable round.

Or you could take a chance on something new, and less industrial grade. Better for your body and the planet.

Regardless of what you choose when the time comes I urge you to try something natural...something that won't damage your liver/kidneys in the process.

Think about it. If and when the time comes, choose wisely. Remember, it's your health.

    So here's to a happy healthy life~
