AIDS and HIV - Facts On The Immunodeficiency Virus And How To Protect Yourself From Infection er.The terms, AIDS and HIV, have been common currency for over twenty years and in many parts of the world it can seem as if the threatened crisis never happened. We do not see the drama anticipated from a mass epidemic, but you may not be aware that more than one million adults and children are living with HIV/AIDS in the United States alone. That figure is alarming but it pales in comparison with sub-Saharan Africa, where the number affected is more than 25 million adults and children. Here are some facts on AIDS and HIV that everyone needs to understand. AIDS stands for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome: • Acquired means you can get infected with it • Immune Deficiency means a weakness in the body’s fight against disease. • Syndrome means the symptoms that make up a disease.AIDS is caused by a virus called Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Most of us are either overwhelmed by the volume of data available on what healthy foods are or lack the time to get organized before we go shopping. That is why coming up with a healthy food list is a must.Test your assumptions about everything.Assumptions have a way of creeping into all parts of a problem-solving project. They’re often wrong, which can lead to a lot of wasted effort and even cause a problem-solving project to fail entirely. It’s very easy to take a strongly stated assertion as true, especially if it’s the boss who makes it. Remind everyone involved to be skeptical and on the watch for untested assumptions.Problem definition.Check the facts first to be sure that you and your team understand the problem the same way, and that you have data to confirm that the problem is important. Testing assumptions about the problem definition could include interviewing participants, collecting measurements, creating flow charts of what really happened, etc.Organizing your project.Don’t assume that the resources you need to solve the problem will automatically be available to you. Solving a messy problem is a project. Treat it that way by developing a project plan, obtaining sponsorship, getting commitment to participate from key players, etc.Root Cause Analysis. This is a favorite spot for untested assumptions to show up, especially if you use a root cause Therefore, what we really need is a good and simple healthy food list to get us going in the right direction. If a manager has no, or little experience of teams and team dynamics then taking over a team and then leading that team can be a very stressful experience. Every manager should know what the various growth stages are of a developing team and they should know how best to move the team through these stages with the minimum of fuss and stress. Though businesses have come to rely on computers to stay competitive, there are still people who dread using computers so much, they would rather find a different job than learn how to work with the machines. A major contributing factor to the aversion people have for computers is having to learn how to understand the many different types of software, hardware, operations, processes, and methods associated with translating human desire into mechanical results.Hollywood makes good income from creating movies about rogue computers that can overthrow humanity, and the entertainment business has long taken advantage of the stereotypical computer geek hacking his way into defense systems and secret data streams not meant for public consumption. Audiences marvel at the “geniuses” who can break passwords and encrypted codes with a few clicks of the keyboard. Many people take these goofy portrayals more as fact than they do fiction. Having worked closely with both people who understand technology, and those who do not, I have tried to think through some of the issues that need to be addressed to take technology to the next level. * Cumin, aids the digestion and helps flush toxins out of the body * Fennel, also good for digestion. * Oregano, a wonderful spice that has been used to relieve respiratory problems and relieves digestive upset and yeast infections. * Chili Powder, a blend of spices including chili peppers, plus cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and garlic powder. Avoid drinks with artificial sweeteners. - Avoid buying snack foods and desserts like chips, cookies, cakes, and full-fat ice cream. - Buy the healthy foods that are available in your area and that are affordable. Your budget is important and there is no need to add stress to your life by buying foods you can‘t really afford. There are plenty of nutritious foods available to fit every budget. - Buy foods that you and your family will enjoy, that taste good and that you can use in many recipes. There are dozens of ways to cook the same foods to make them attractive and different. Do you know how many recipes there are just for chicken alone? My personal healthy food list is relatively short. I have a tendency to eat a lot of the same foods which is not always the best thing to do, but it is important to add as much variety as possible. Some of my limitations are due to food allergies which are necessary to observe. I try to buy most of my fruits and vegetables organic or locally grown. The closer they are grown to your home the less anti-fungal agents they use on the product and then of course the less toxins you consume. I have a tendency to eat a lot of chicken so I always buy organic free range chicken. Actually all of the meats I buy are organic. I also do the same with the eggs, butter and sour cream.
