    Can You Fight City Hall - How Far Should We Go to be a Maverick
    Can you fight city hall? The answer is yes and no. That's right, you have to pick your battles. For example, and of you who have read successfulbarbarian.com know that I am still dealing with a few issues from my 'previous life'. The issues deal with the IRS. That's right your truly is a grade A first class tax pro-test-er, or at least that is what the IRS would tell you. So how can a person with my history say you can't fight city hall. Well because of the story of one of the lawspeakers of Iceland. Iceland was surrounded by countries that had converted to Christianity. These countries were threatening economic restrictions as well as war if Iceland did not convert. Iceland had its 'congress' meet and some of the folks wanted to convert and some did not. All agreed to abide by the decree of the Law Speaker. He decided, after much contemplation, that Iceland should change to a Christian country, but the people could st

Parents have found to have remained committed to meet their obligations more towards their working circle and though neglected teenagers for very short period but completely. This lack of PFT has driven teenagers towards Negative Reversal Riposte (NRR). I suggest that parents should;

    o One; Make teenagers feel pulse of your heart and not the words of Mouth;

    o Two; Often embrace your teens to make them feel your warmth and love;

    o Three; open your heart to your teen and not the mouth;

    Transport 21-Infrastructure Development in Ireland
    In recent decades Ireland has developed from a country on the brink of bankruptcy to being one of the richest nations in Europe. Economic prosperity has brought about massive changes in Ireland, but in some regards Ireland still falls behind its European neighbors. Minister for Transport, Martin Cullen aims to address these issues with a blueprint for the future development of infrastructure in Ireland, Transport 21. In the words of Martin Cullen, “the plan in full will reshape Irish transport infrastructure for the decades to come.”Transport 21 is a capital investment by the Irish Government aimed at vastly improving the transport systems in Ireland which in turn will improve accessibility for everybody in Ireland, and lead to more investment in the country. The Projects for Transport 21 are too numerous to mention here. Among the biggest projects are the Metro North, Metro West, extensions to both Luas lines, rail lines t
    My dear Ezine readers, with your dedicated efforts I hope, we united would be able to save hundred of teenager’s lives during the year. Whether, we would be able to Celebrate year 2007 as Suicide Free Teenagers Year - 2007 (SIFT-07) or not; but number of suicide cases of my teenagers would be surely quite low. My family’s solo efforts have been so far well acknowledged by all the intellectuals and parents; but the teacher community has shown some reservations and apprehensions about their role as teacher. I have deliberated enough about the ABC of ASS in by previous debate, but nevertheless, today I would focus on the materialistic approach of teacher in Modern Education System (MES).

    I anticipate my readers would agree that now days most of the teachers have become professionals in minting money and not ideals of social status. When I was child, I was educated to respect teachers next to god and I used to revere my teachers accordingly. Most of them were generally addressed as Gurus (Teacher). Despites of living poor and poverty filled life; all teachers were viewed as Men of Integrity, Morality and Principles (MIMP) status in the society. Infact, they were the role model and ideal of our generations. Though, they never got pays for months and years, but they worked round the clock in making national character of country’s citizen. A much venerated, respected and elite community has lost her path of society makers; and now have become the professional of Christ’s prophecy of erroneous stratum. Their place used to be next to mother in a human beings life in India and Asia. I heard that some of teachers are earning over rupees fifty to eighty thousand per month but what they teach has nothing to do with the society or SFTY-07. I also heard that a teacher to earn over rupees fifty thousands a month is riding his bike for more than 280 kilometers or over five hours a day. He is not because he is teaching well but he was running behind money to cover larger areas for different subject tuitions.

    Now, I would concentrate on diverse facets, which I believe, we all are lacking while addressing various issues of today’s fast running teenagers life. Some of the teenagers in the urge to grow fast have gone astray and began to over utilize their immature physical body. Such teenagers are victims of unusual social evils which degraded their physical strength. While interacting with a police official who conducted inquest of her death, it was revealed that she has become a woman almost three years before her suicide at the age of seventeen. What do you understand with these revelations?

    After a prolonged study on various teenagers’ death, I conclude that we lacked the following:

    · One; Lack Proper Communication (LPC). Whenever, a teenager had committed suicide, I found that there was a clear communication gap between parents, teachers and ward. The lack of interaction with their wards by parents, especially by a single working mother was evident. Such teenagers, who committed suicide, generally remained out of touch from their parents due to one or the other cause. The parents on the other hand rather than trying to pacify their wards have gone to extremes of widening communication gap. The Momentous Small Changes (MSC) has led the teen towards death. It is therefore suggested that parents must maintain a close personal relationships and ensure a regular meetings.

    · Two; Rift in Inter-Personal Relationship (RIPR); What I have learnt that inter personal relationship of teenager with mother, father or other siblings were tense and the teenagers was under going through severe phase of rapidly changing two states of minds alfa; Intra-Ego State Syndrome (IESS), and bravo; Intra Personality Conflict Balancing Syndrome (IPCBS). I have studied that while most of the teenagers overcome the later; but they always succumb to former IESS. I, therefore, suggest that parents should:

    o First; understand the basic psychic of their teenager;

    o Second; interact with his friends and teachers often, if teenager’s shows symptoms of Leave Me Alone (LMA) or I know;

    o Third; Keep your teenager’s busy on some constructive job which satisfy his/her IESS, and;

    o Fourth; be with your teenager’s even if it tantamount to taking leaves.

    · Three: Am Busy, You See (AMYS): While carrying out analysis of some of the recent suicide cases, it was revealed that father and mother had adopted the attitude of I am too busy, you see and vice versa. Due to this attitude, both have neglected their teenager when he needed most; and thus leaving him to end his life. It is clear sign of lacking mutual understanding amongst husband and wife.

    Organizational Structure, Creativity, Innovation
    Organizational structure can inhibit or foster creativity and innovation. The problem with organizational structure though, is that it is resultant of many factors, including history, organic growth, strategy, operational design, product diversity, logistics, marketing, client base, supplier base and so forth. Therefore, what managers need, are not recipes for complete structural change, but insights into the properties of fostering structures that can be adapted into the existing structure.To start, it is useful to analyse the preferred structures against the not so preferred. There are many definitions of types of organizational structure, but one example is:a) Mechanistic structures (generally not preferred) – includes centralised control and authority, clearly defined tasks, vertical communication links, obedience to supervisors, rigidity and inflexibility.b) Organic structures (generally preferred) – dece

    Death in Dafur; A Human Disaster
    The killing in Dafur is nothing short of a human disaster says; Ted Chaiban, a Representative for UNICEF in Sudan. As if death and disease was not enough in Sudan with malnutrition, AIDS, malaria, yellow fever, dysentery and all the other horrific ways to die taking the life of children and adults alike, now people were being slaughtered by the thousands with machine-guns bought for $20 apiece.Is a matter-of-fact use the cheapest place a worldwide machine-gun and there is plenty of ammo to kill everyone, but this killing has to stop and surely the human race can do better than this in this modern era and present period.Many people have been crowded into refugee camps, but even with the incredible international relief efforts by so many organizations the job is nearly impossible and even the camps aren't safe. UNICEF has stated all their web site;“Throughout 2005, contributions from donors worldwide meant massi

    Endangered Animals of Peru
    Animals are considered endangered when they are at risk of extinction, either because there are only a small number of them left, due to threats from changes to their environment, shifting of predator to prey ratios, and other factors. Nations over the last 50 years have developed laws to protect species form becoming extinct; however few species actually get on these lists. Many become extinct without the attention or protection of humans, though it is true that in probably all cases over the last century, the machinations of humans have caused the imbalances that have led to the disappearance of thousands of animal and plant species.Especially within the last century and a half, species have been becoming extinct at a higher rate than at any time in history. In the case of the Amazon Rainforest, which covers parts of Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia and Brazil, the loss of habitat created by farmers who cut dow

    President Bush Rewards Terrorism!
    America can ill afford to reward terrorists, yet The Blade reports our bankrupt country has budgeted $200,000,000 "economic and infrastructure assistance to the Palestian Authority." This same issue of The Blade reports growing concerns that democracy among the "Palestinians" could backfire upon us with their rejection of one terrorist group, Fatah, co-founded by terrorist Mahmoud Abbas and terrorist Yasser Arafat, for the terrorist group America is still honest enough to call a terrorist organization: Hamas.The Blade reports that Fatah is "expected to take a beating at the hands of the Islamic Hamas, which is running candidates for the first time."It is the American people and our so-called war against terrorism that is taking the beating. How can we expect to win a war against those Nazi-Muslims who have declared war against the West, especially against the United States and Israel, when we continue to reward ter

    · Five; Lack of Insight Understanding (LIU); the lack of in-depth knowledge of their teenager’s insight and understanding (LIU) has been more or less proved to be the last nail of the coffin before burial. I have observed that most of the parents failed to understand their teen thus regretting through out their lives after their teenager’s suicide. Generally when teenager is under duress he undergoes various mental stresses which can only be discerned if parents have been religiously maintaining the PFT and LIU.

    After analyzing various Parents’s lacking traits, I would suggest a few remedial

    steps to understand their wards,

    · One; parents must consider their teenager as friends and treat as such;

    · Two; keep teenagers free of home encumbrances of livelihood;

    · Three; regularly interact with teenagers;

    · Four; never leave your teenager alone during trying times of exams; and

    · Five; develop complete and blind faith in your teenagers so that he/she never hides anything whatsoever wrong happens.

    I am sure that if future parents are able to fulfill the required obligations and take necessary measure, I am sure we would be able to celebrate SFTY-007. I appeal to all the readers to send the appeal to spread education through network to benefit maximum teenagers, parents and teachers. Though my analyses have targeted both parents and teachers; but I would also exclusively debate about the role of materialistic teacher of modern age and true teachers of humanity. The common causes of suicide other than Attitudinal Changes I would debate the Subtle Challenges of fast moving modern teenagers life style to debate as to how to meet these challenges of teenagers suicide?
