These components are the Door Gasket, The Bellows (Including the Bellows O-ring) and the Fill Line Filter.First, remove the old door gasket. Clean the gasket groove and the chamber face ring surface (the area under the old gasket). Then Install the new Door Gasket.

Third, replace the Fill Line Filter. To accomplish this, first remove all the trays from the sterilizer, including the bottom one. Use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding it to the cabinet. Remove the old Fill Line Filter. This is a good time to clean the interior of the chamber. Once cleaned, install the new Fill Line Filter into the sterilizer chamber. Make sure it is centered and at the bottom of the chamber.

It is always a good idea to drain & clean your reservoir at this time. Then refill, and as always, use distilled water only.

Congratulations, you have performed your annual Preventative Maintenance program.
