    What is Hybrid Mortgages/Loans?
Over the last several years consumers have started to request alternative financing to a traditional mortgage from lending companies. The mortgage lenders response to this overwhelming demand was the creation of hybrid loans. What exactly are hybrid loans you may be asking yourself? Hybrid loans include some of the following.Piggy back loans are hybrid loans that allow consumers the opportunity to purchase a home with a smaller down payment and possible avoid having to have private mortgage insurance. The two loans are approved simultaneously and will generally result in lower payments per month then a traditional mortgage and private mortgage insurance.Graduated payment mortgages are another hybrid loan option. This type of hybrid loan starts off with smaller payments that gradually increase over a period of five years. This might be a great financing option for individuals who expect their income to increase over the next several years however since early payments on this type of hybrid loan are applied to interest first it could cause the principal amount for you loan to increase.Other great alternative mortgage options include government programs such as VA and FHA loans. Recently one of my clients name Jon brought up this question. Jon a highly motivated middle-aged guy transformed his body over the last year. By following the protocol I set out, Jon built added an impressive amount of muscle to his frame while shedding a tremendous amount of body fat. Although he’s now the envy of his friends and now sports a body most men half his age would kill for he still had that burning desire to get to the next level of physical development.

Jon, like many trainees, made continuous process for about 6 months. After the first 6 months the progress slowed somewhat compared to his initial gains. Then as Jon approached the 1-year mark his progress seemed to come to a stand still. No matter what Jon tried, he could not get his bodyweight past 185lbs.

Jon changed diets, tried new routines, added extra supplements but with only minimum change in his body. Frustration began to set in and those little nagging doubts began to creep into his mind. All of the familiar negative self talk plagues the minds of everybody at some point, started coming up in Jon’s brain such as:

    I don’t have the genetics.

Natural guys just can’t that big.

    Nothing is going to work.

I am not training hard enough, long enough, frequently enough, etc…

    I am eating too much…

    I am eating too little…

I don’t have the time to put into the gym.

I don’t have the time to eat properly.

I am not getting enough sleep.

Maybe I am too old, too young, too whatever…

I am not getting protein… and so on.

Does this sound familiar? If so keep on reading.

Like millions of bodybuilders Jon had reached a “Mental Ceiling” and his outside actions were actually contributing to “self-sabotage”. Most people fail to recognize it’s the inner world that creates the outer world. Every action or non-action you perform is actually just a reflection of a program held in your mind, whether conscious or not.

The mind is a powerful ally and a formidable enemy. What one holds in the mind tends to manifest in our lives. Virtually every self-help book since Napoleon Hill’s timeless classic “Think & Grow Rich,” written in 1937, has illustrated this fact. Refinance Your Home Mortgage Online
The largest financial obligation most people ever take on couldn’t escape the reach of the Internet. Home mortgage loans originated online comprise an integral part of one of the largest and most profitable aspects of the banking industry. Unlike many shifts in big business recently, this change actually seems to greatly benefit consumers by increasing competition and placing more financial control in the hands of homeowners. To finance or refinance a home in the olden days (before the Internet), you needed to find a mortgage lender, broker, or banker who wanted to make a loan for you. Though mortgage lenders always wanted to make good loans, the process of gathering information to compare interest rates, points, and loan programs among lenders presented a tedious task for borrowers. Without a centralized information source for mortgage rates, loan programs and financial advice, most people just called a few banks and went with the lender that seemed to offer the lowest rate for the least discount points. Now borrowers can access up-to-the-minute financial information and economic indicators online. Comparing rates and fees between lenders takes only the click of a mouse. Loan programs and mortgage calculators quickly figure the best strategy for everything from which loa

    Madonna Kid a Lucky Stiff
Talk about luck. Imagine winning the lottery twice in the same week? Basically, this is what happened to the African child from Malawi plucked out by Madonna to become her adopted son. The incredible luck for this child is unspeakable. Born into grinding poverty with little hope, this kid is going into a fairy tale situation. His mother died at childbirth and his father is an illiterate farmer basically looking to put the kid into an orphanage. Then Madonna, of all people, steps in to take him away from it all. Wow!Malawi is another African nation with problems. AIDS is rampant with roughly 14% of the population having the disease. About a million orphans exist due to their parents dying of AIDS. Per-capita income is about $1 a day. Famine is not uncommon with roughly 25% of the population dealing with severe food shortages. Who the hell would not want to get out? Some humanitarian organizations are upset that Madonna pretty much skipped the whole process to adopt a child. What a shock. Reports are she paid the government roughly 3 million dollars allegedly for orphanages. This being Africa you unfortunately have to wonder if that money will go for its intended purpose.Even the father, Yohane Banda, is now claiming he did not understand the meaning of "adoption" a

What To Do When Your Adsense Revenue Sucks
Getting paid for Adsense Ad clicks is a very popular monetization model for many website owners. There’s just one problem…most websites earn very little money from Adsense and their owners can’t seem to do much about itSo, how do you ‘really’ increase your adsense revenue? Here is the question I get a lot from my coaching students…How can I increase my Adsense income when the only pages I rank well for in the search engines have low value keywords on them? In other words, my site ranks well for little used keywords, but hardly registers at all for pages containing high value keywords that attract high Adsense click amounts.A great question, and here’s the solution.Build lots of pages that you can rank well for in the Search Engines (using high profitability keywords from say Wordtracker) and then use the content you write to send people to other articles on your site that promote these high value high cost-per-click Adsense ads.For example, at the end of an article on a page with an easier-to-rank-well-for keyword, put a note that says -"Readers who liked this article on Making Your House A Welcoming Home have told us they also enjoyed our article on Building A Financial Fortress Around Your Assets because they had no idea that t

If you are experiencing a limitation in life I highly recommend checking out these two excellent books to overcome one’s own self-imposed limitations.

I have experienced sticking points myself; as have virtually every client I ever trained or worked with during my 19 years in the industry. The reality is these points are ALWAYS SELF-IMPOSED! Einstein once said, “ The mind that solves a problem, must be different than the mind that created the problem.”

Since all “challenges, problems, and sticking points originate in the mind, the athlete must seek out and eliminate or replace the mental attitude or belief system that is holding them back from achieving their goal.

Here’s what you need to do overcome self created limitations.

First, take ownership of what you’re experiencing. In other words don’t place blame on outside circumstances, people, places, things, time, etc. While it may appear that these things are stopping you from making the gains you desire, the truth is it’s your mental programming that’s drawing you into these limiting conditions or circumstances.

Review your thoughts through journaling. This is very important. Every evening write down your thoughts, and actions of the day, what you were thinking, and what you did or did not do. Was your self-talk positive or negative? Did you experience old self-defeating patterns of thought? What people influence you in your life? Is the people in your life positive or negative?

When you carefully analyze your thoughts, experiences, and feelings, it becomes clear just how many of them are self-defeating. In fact most people are not aware of how many limiting thoughts, belief systems, and emotions are running in the back of their mind or within the subconscious mind. Most of these negative programs were picked up in early childhood, from television, or emotional events that you may or may not remember.

The question then comes “Hey Wade, how can I fix something I don’t know about?”

Again, if your not producing the result you want, it’s clear that something some limiting thought is in your mind that’s preventing you from achieving your goal. Accept responsibility for your thoughts and actions, an
