Cover Letter Tips: A Winning Formula
It's true that nobody really likes writing cover letters or resumes. What's even more interesting is that cover letters are not even enjoyed by their recipients. The problem derives from the cover letter templates. If you want to get the message quickly to as many recipients as possible then you have to create a cover letter template. It's impossible to structure a new sentence or paragraph for every cover letter. This causes all cover letters from all job seekers to look the more or less the same and the phrases in the letters to sound repetitive. This repetition simply destroys the entire letter. Imagine 100 job seekers using the same cover letter template and send their letters

In order to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship™, you must define your vision. Your vision is a source of your personal power that motivates and inspires, both yourself and your partner. This assessment looks at how clearly you see…or don’t see.

This free set of assessments offers you the chance to find powerful answers. If you are willing to take the time to reflect on these questions, discuss them, and be honest with yourselves and each other, it can help you on your journey to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship™ so you can be

    Best Friends During the Day,
    Lovers at Night, and
    Partners for Life™.

The adventure of life gives us the incredible opportunity to learn and grow as individuals. I like to say that we do not stop learning, stretching, growing, maturing, and changing until we are 6 feet under. What happens so often is we go through life unaware that we don’t know what we don’t know. In this fast-paced world, many of us do not have or take the time to sit, take a deep breath, and really think about the statements addressed in these assessments. We usually do not reflect on and consider the impact the answers to these statements can have on our relationship. We must gain the awareness, learn the techniques, and practice the skills to Co-Create a Conscious Relationship™.

Take your time to think about each statement and be honest. One partner should use a black pen and the other partner a red pen. Rate your degree of agreement for each statement on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being a definite yes and 1 being a definite no. Write your score on the first line to the left of each statement. The second line is for your partner’s score.

You may find it difficult to give certain statements a low score. You may worry that your response will hurt or offend your partner or create conflict. Honesty, however, is critical for the success of the Co-Create a Conscious Relationship™ program. Also, no matter what score your partner writes down, be supportive; do not get defensive, resentful, or angry. Thank him or her for being courageous and honest. All of the topics in this assessment series are covered in detail, with exercises, in my book The Journey from “I-TO-WE”.™

The Ticket Run - Why Buying Online Reduces Stress
Ticket distribution has lately become a flourishing service in the online arena. The main reason for this is that the dreaded thought of waiting in a queue for a ticket can now truly be considered as a distant memory. In the past people would have to wait outside stadiums for hours, often camping out over night just for a shot at being a spectator as their favorite team takes to the stage. The prime advantage of online services is that they offer seats according to your own specifications connected with earnings and age. This way, you don’t have to worry about getting a seat at the Kentucky Derby from where you can’t even see if the horses you betted on have reached the finish line

Article Writing to Get a Following
Some folks turn to online article writing to try to get a following and a group of readers who are interested in what they write. There are probably easier ways to get a following if that is one's goal, nevertheless you can get an readership following by writing online articles and placing them online. How do I know this? Well, I have seen it done before and well, I have a small following, which is growing all the time myself.Unfortunately, I am not interested in a following and this is actually counter to my writing goals, yet I see it growing and can tell from the emails that I get that more and more people are reading what I am writing on a regular basis. Learning to be a Boss
"Arghh!!"Karen, ground her teeth as she looked down at her desk. Instead of the draft report she had expected when she got back from her meeting, there was a note from Ted. "I've still got some issues on the report," the note said. "I don't want to show it to you until it's ready."Karen pushed back her chair and stood up. She paced back and forth in her cube, gesturing with her hands even though no one was there. The final version of the report was due to her boss, "The Field Marshal," on Monday. She would look terrible if the report was either late or not up to her boss's high standards. Karen figured she was way too new in her position to risk looking bad.ng courageous and honest.
