Company Liability: Sexual Harassment by Non-Employees
Harassment by Non-employees falls under the Hostile Environment category of the federal law that governs harassment and discrimination in the workplace.Hard to believe, but yes the government expects you to protect your employees from outside harassment. Sexual harassment by Non-employees is exactly what it sounds like.Employees, who are harassed by customers, vendors, temp workers, outside contractors, etc. still retain their rights to a harassment-free workplace. As an employer, you cannot disregard the situation. The courts have upheld your responsibility in this area.Remember: an employer must investigate and respond appropriately to the allegation even if it appears trivial or contrived. It is also in the employer's best interest to take some action whether the claim has substance or not. A Few Business Generalizations
Everyone is a writer. Writing is the basis of all wealth, as my mentor says. You need to be writing (something) every single day. You can’t keep all that stuff bottled up inside. It’s not good for you. Write, write, write.Everyone is in marketing. Your words, actions, emails and conversations are either supporting or refuting your brand. Everyone in your company is responsible for marketing your company.Everyone is in sales. Because people buy people first. Because people aren’t loyal to companies, they’re loyal to people. Because it doesn’t matter what product or service you sell, customers buy YOU before anything.Everyone is the CEO (of You, Inc.). Tom Peters was the first to coin this phrase. It’s been around for a good 10 years now. There are books written about it, articles explaining it, even experts who can show you how to do it. It’s no longer a fad. It’s just the way it is.Everyone has a voice. God bless the Internet! With the adv
    Introduction

When I look around and see...I see that many people are involved in multiple relations with opposite gender…either they are maintaining all relations at a time and one after another. I wonder, if this is a status symbol or side effects of globalization…a genuine need and just lust. You may wonder, why a HR Professional is discussing about such relations? Well, if such relations can exist in open…so, I don’t think there is any harm in discussing about it. Human Resource Department deals with Human Behaviour, Human Emotions, Human Values, Human Joys, Happiness and Human Sentiments…and in such relations we see all these emotions.

Just have a look at this

    1. Jennifer O’Neil (Actress)…married nine times.

    2. Elizabeth Taylor (Two Times Academy Awards winning Actress)…married eight times.

    3. Clark Gable of “Gone with Wind” fame…married five times.

    5. Legendary Beauty…Rita Hayworth…married five times.

    7. Marilyn Monroe (Actress)…married three times

    8. Louis Armstrong (Jazz Musician) married six times.

    9. Brigette Bardot (Actress) married four times.

Why only these film stars and celebrities? There are many powerful people from different walks of life…who have more than one relation. Bookers Prize-winner Salman Rushdie married four times. Many politicians have two (legal) wives. Many industrialists have mistresses tucked around in various pleasure capitals of the world.

From celebrities and movie stars (where such relations are visible and are in public eye) to Politicians, Industrialists, and other powerful people (where such relations are properly wrapped up…covered) to common man (Where they are too shy to discuss it in the open)…this multiple relation syndrome is everywhere.

    Literature Review

Throughout history, powerful men and women have had multiple spouse, sexual partners and companions. Power, wealth and charisma have gone hand-in-hand with polygamous and promiscuous behaviour. After all, they have been the chosen ones. Yesterday, it was kings, princesses and generals who flouted their clout through many of the strapping of and having multiple companions was one of the ways to showcase their special position. Today, it is common. All you need is to become “famous” and reach the position of power.

I did mentioned in one of my previous write-up…as soon as there is change in fortune, the first thing people like to change is their spouse. It’s true as well, once you are there…in that position…glitz, glamour, power, position, fame & money - all put together…makes a heady cocktail and there are high chances of slipping your way…if your feets are not firm on ground. There, temptations are aplenty and it is easy to get swayed away. And people have very powerful way to cover such things in their life…by using just one phrase…”We too are Human Beings”. Let me mind you…country, gender, age, religion is no bar for such relations.

    Women's Cheap Car Insurance
As sexist as it may sound, gender sometimes place a significant role in a person’s car insurance rates. Women drivers usually get cheaper car insurance rates than men drivers, because statistically, of the two genders, women drivers are more conscientious drivers, who drive safer vehicles, and who file less car insurance claims. Sure, not all women drivers are better drivers than men drivers, but the statistics have spoken loud enough for many of the car insurance companies in America to listen. However, American car insurance companies are not the only companies that have taken notice and began to offer cheap car insurance policies to women drivers; the UK is also offering lower car insurance rates to women drivers. There are many companies and organizations throughout the UK dedicated solely to helping women get cheap car insurance rates, as well as providing car insurance tips and advice to women drivers. A quick search of the Internet will bring up many of these organizations.Of course, while wom

    Noticeable Reasons for such Relations

Along with the above-mentioned figures, they also showed reasons for such relations. Some of those reasons are:

    1) Incompatibility: Incompatibility between partners is one of the major reasons and in such grave situation the person seeks some solace outside his existing relation, as he is seeking to fill the gap. It can be either by ending the existing relation or in cases of conservative families and societies…along with the existing relation. Today, it has to be a packaged deal in a relationship for people; they have to have something of everything.

    2) Time spent away from home: Time spent away from home due to demand of work or “enforced circumstances” is another factor that play an important role. In cases, where husband or wife has to be repeatedly away on business tours or are forced to stay away from each other…they need someone to share their feelings and emotions. This also includes cases where husband and wife are working in different cities or working in different shifts (Thanks, to Call Centres and BPO’s).

    3) Loneliness and depression: This is another reason, which occur due to a variety of reasons or causes, such as, Fight with Spouse; Stress at workplace; High competitions and expectations; Failure in life; Your or your spouse’s ill health; Need of Financial Support. During such phase, a person is emotionally weak and vulnerable. Extra helping hands or a shoulder to cry on in such times creates a situation of intimacy and leads to the initiation of several relations.

    4) Change is circumstances or Sudden rise in Social Status: This happens with those people whose career/life is on fast track…who suddenly achieve professional and financial success. The sudden change in circumstances provides an incentive for some people to look for other intimate relationship or multiple sex partners. The change in partner at the time of touching heights also acts like an immense ego boost for them. They feel that this glory…this status…this success is permanent and a licence for them to have many partners.

    5) Loss of passion: This means, passion & desire that first attracted two people to each other…over a period of time moves into dullness and develops into feeling of apathy or burden towards the partner. Along with this, if there are other attributes of long term commitment/relation, such as financial problems, children, job change, losses of position/status…that makes people to drift away.

    6) Just attraction: There is no explanation for this. You met some person…get attracted to that person…liked that person and want to get that person. This is nothing but just lust. Relation…set-up for pure physical gratification.

These reasons are justify-able for all; Irrespective of your profession…class…or position in society.

    Conclusion

The four-letter word called “LOVE” for some may be an experience and lesson; whereas for others, it’s a never-ending quest for a perfect mate. After watching KANK…the only thing I feel is doesn’t matter how caring, loving, understa
