    Change Assessment
Change is such a key ingredient in helping you discover and achieve success, and adaptability to change is vital to coping with some of life's most common challenges. Now it's time to really assess where you are on the transformation scale. How badly do you really want to change? If you've followed the advice given thus far in this chapter, you have a well-defined commitment to change that is reinforced by well-planned action. It is also likely th

Franchisee Tax Payments are the responsibility of the Franchised Outlet Not the Franchisor
A franchised business is much like an independent contractor situation. The franchisor allows the use of their brand-name, in a designated territory and following a particular method of doing business. The franchisee is responsible for all debts incurred in the operation of that business, and responsible for all tax payments that are owed. It is very important to insure that a government agency does not slapped a tax lien all the franchisor or that the franchisee does not shu
Wednesday night Kristin and I drove 2 hours down to Denver and the 2 hours back, just to hear a speaker talk for 3 hours. It was well worth it.

Doug, who works for Harv Eker and Peak Potentials Training, was a great speaker. He had come to talk about money... and how it affects every part of your life, especially your primary relationship.

If any of you are interested in mastering your finances and want to learn how to get money to work for you... versus you having to work for money... contact our office (see contact information at end of letter).

Because I am part of the 'ambassador program' with Peak Potential Trainings, we can get you in to the next Millionaire Mind Intensive three-day seminar at a ridiculously low price (and yes that is a shameless plug... GO). It is well worth your weekend!

Anyway, the point of this article is something Doug said midway through the evening.

He drew a chart on the board - two parrell veriticles lines with me written at the top of the one to the left and 'my problem' written above the one to the right.

He then drew a number 2 about 2/10 of the way up my line and a 5 half way up the one to the right.

What he said was if you had a problem that was a level 5 on a scale of 1 -10 and your skill level was a 2 in that area... then, comparatively speaking, that would be a big, and possibly overwhelming, problem. It would be an end-of-the-relationship type problem... a going-to-kick-your-butt type problem.

Increase Your Website Sales Without Increasing Website Traffic
Website owners who have passed the initiation rite of getting traffic come face to face with another problem. Why don't people buy from their website and what they can do about it? 1. They don't feel safe Give your visitors a feeling of safety by telling them about your secure ordering process, your privacy policy and how jealously you protect their email address, and your refund and contact information. 2. Estate Plans and Trusts Discussed
We all know that we need to have our lives in order in the event of our demise because our families are so important to us. As the Death Tax slowing dies over the next many years, it behooves all of us to have estate plans and trusts set up to shield our assets from legal liabilities which can pop-up out of nowhere and also to pay the least amount of taxes to the government after we die.Proper estate plans and specially designed trusts can insure that the least amount of

5 Ways to Better Personal Finance Management
Personal Financial Management is not easy and you have to learn what it means to better manage your finance. Here are 5 tips to better Personal Finance Management:Teaching children about money managementDo you find your children often want things that are expensive and out of your range for any budget? What he said next was that to change the situation all you had to do was to decide... decide that you will do whatever it takes - study, learn, practice, get guidance -- until your skill level is an 8. Then level 5 problems are no longer a problem!

If you apply this to relationship and communication skills like conflict resolution... or... clearing up misunderstandings... if you develop your skill level to a 7 or an 8...

Then a problem that used to stop you in your tracks and threatened to destroy your relationship will no longer even be a problem. It will be just a challenge, or even an opportunity to create more love and understanding.

I have an example of this principle from learning to kayak. When I was a beginner I was clumsy enough to get flipped over even on flat water, and being upside down, locked in my kayak...

    THAT WAS A PROBLEM.

I would have to pull my skirt (release the water tight gasket around the cockpit) and swim to shore.

Now, because I have taken lessons, practiced whenever possible and focused on developing these skills, I can go through level 3 and 4 rapids, (level 5 is the top of the scale) get flipped over and just flip myself right back up...

NO PROBLEM! at least most of the time.

If you are ready for things like creating intimacy and understanding, resolving conflict quickly and easily, dealing with past history and each other's baggage to be NO PROBLEM,
