Six Sigma Process Simulation And Modeling er it be looters, Industrial capitalists, rank and file, middle manager, exec, Drug Company Lobbyists or even the power hunger politician who is positioning himself for the revolving door in D.C.Six Sigma has become a buzzword in industry circles since its introduction in the 1990's. The methodology is based on a disciplined and data driven approach and is used for eliminating defects and achieving near perfection by restricting the number of possible defects to less than 3.4 defects per million. It is being used effectively for managing processes of both, manufacturing and services industry. In the manufacturing industry, it is used for limiting defects in the goods produced whereas in the services sector it is used mainly for reducing transactional errors. What Is Process Simulation And Modeling?Si As far as humans are concerned, really very few are above this, there are not very many at all, I have searched for others, those who are reputable must be our civilization’s servants and the others must go and not be allowed to work the game from the other side of the table calling out the other sides hand. Most Americans are aware that there are too many lobbyists in DC, but probably do not know how many. Let me put it into better terms to help you understand. There are 24 lobbyists for ever Member of the United States Senate and Us Congress. That is a whole lot of people forcing their will on what we perceive to be our rights and an overwhelming Army of problematic requests to the forward and positive progression of our Civilization.2006 will be known in the annals of real estate as the year of the slump. Home values fell in many markets around the country -- in some cases, significantly. This negative appreciation will, without a doubt, have a lasting effect on borrowers with high-risk mortgages. But will the hardships facing current homeowners with these types of loans be enough of a wakeup to new homebuyers thinking about similar financing? Owning your own home is part of the American Dream but sometimes choosing the wrong type of financing can turn that dream into a nightmare. For the past half-decade, the housing market has sizzled. Apprec All of us know we have way too many bureaucrats and politicians, but we have even more Lobbyists. Should we blame corporations for having lobbyists? Certainly not, as anyone who has ever tried to communicate with the brain dead blob of bureaucracy wishes they had and army of lobbyists so that they could at least get someone in charge to answer their phone call. So it is in the best interest of the corporations to have the lobbyists. The problem comes when politicians drop what they know to be right in order to allow a corporation to cheat on some issue. First we need less government regulations to deal with, fewer politicians and better policy, then the corporations will not need so many lobbyists in the first place. Then we need campaign reform so politicians listen to their own observations rather than helping one corporation screw over another in an unfair competitive way by allowing the government to modify the rules or selectively enforce rules on their competitors. Now then, getting rid of garbage rules on the book and getting government out of the way and allowing the free market to guide things makes for more efficient businesses and over all civilization productivity, meaning we all get a higher quality of life and standard of living by allowing the efficiency of business to provide such. Most lobbyists work for law firms; I propose we first kill all the lawyers as per Caesars best advice. Then understand what Adam Smith warned us about and how our system is being used improperly and although I am not one to quote Karl Marx, he did have something to say about American's early version of capitalism during our Industrial Revolution. Yet I believe those comments may have been pre-answered by Adam Smith and further I think Ayn Rand was/is right about capitalists. Which industries do we have too many lobbyists in? Well, that is easy watch the governments money flows carefully and it is obvious. For instance Big Pharma and Defense, as our nation spends a big chunk of change on both. Surely we must protect our people from enemies otherwise our civilization will fall. And even with the abuse of the Drug Companies, we must understand the nature of politics, insiders and corporate interests. Like I indicated I do not believe that it is industries main blame, as men or humans do what humans do, it is innate to get more and do less, it is so innate, it is not bound by any socio-economic status. With 26% of a rental households disposable income being spent on renting, in comparison to 15% of homeowners on their houses (not including maintenance), it is unsurprising that people who rent find it harder to manage and turn to bad credit personal loans for help. It’s easy to fall into the rent trap. As monthly rents take over ? of their income, debts for renters can easily pile up. This is a fact that is applicable in all aspects our lives. Speed reading is no exception. However, setting goals for the achievement of your speed reading will also require that you use action plan to make it a success. When you set goals, it makes it possible for anyone to reach a target that ordinarily might not be reached. You will need to be very positive each time you set your goals. If Microsoft, Enterprise rent-a-car, Starbucks, Hilton, Lockheed, Boeing, etc. have the best products and services and distribution systems, those who are buyers for such will vote with their dollar. That is a good thing and it promotes competition to be the best, work for only the best, and do what is best for your customer, shareholder and then the whole of the others. It provides choice, promotes truth and service, it is a good thing. Not an evil. How can one say it is Industries fault alone, we should expect that corporations will want to get more for less to make a profit as that is their goal and so should it be. But government on the other hand is dishonest and living a complete lie, as it parades around and being the scorekeeper and referee. If the fox is guarding the hen house, well we have a problem and in hindsight of Adam Smith, who could deny it, only a bureaucrat or politician would try and only an ignorant man would believe them. Since the government is full of it, they need to own up to that fact and fix their problem or quite frankly they are not needed and we should not fund it. It is a pretty huge facade of nothingness, yet we all agree to live under the lie? That is not right, because if you live a lie, you are not living the best you can. Not sure that is a worthy life experience or of those who live in the greatest nation ever created in the History of the species and IT IS NOT OKAY. Think on it.
