The Value of Organic Traffic and Clicks
My Mom believes that most "organic" foods are over-priced and not necessary. She claims you're paying more for someone not doing the work of "chemically" caring for the plants. Of course, she doesn't really mean it, and eats it when she can get it, but is
ia will have nothing, no back-up and we will truly enter that threatened "banana Republic" phase. We need a change. A new, revitalised Left wing Government could be the answer.

I was impressed with the Washington correspondent of the "Australian" National Newspaper special mention of a firmly united Democrat Party Machine, agreeing to 88% of policy articles. Continual bickering in our Left Labour Party has been t

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: A Borrower's Best Friends
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are corporations owned by stockholders that purchase mortgages and then resell them to investors. Because this ensures that the borrower’s capital is no longer tied up in the loan, banks and other lenders are able to grant more money to their customers. What Fannie Ma
In response to my yet to be approved Article "Political bigotry at its Best" (at time of writing just 24 hours after the US midterm 2006 Election), the polls and the word in the streets of America have read true. I congratulate the voters and trust that the country's division is narrowed and that common sense and true reform eventuates for the tens of millions of struggling families and individuals that live in quiet desperation.

I constantly read of the tens of thousands of lay-offs across America every month. Here in Australia there is a constant similarity to the US charter. There are at least 3,000,000 under-employed in this country and the numbers are growing- the working poor. The general word I hear on the streets is one of frustration and fear. Australia has the dubious positions such as: Highest Interest rates in the OECD family

Home affordability rates the lowest out of all OECD countries - and with the recent interest rate hike home foreclosures are already rampant.

Lowest amount increases spent on Education and Training - spending on one aspect of education -early years- has plummeted 38% in a decade.

As a % of GDP Australia spends the least on R & D. Scientists cannot find a few million dollars to develop state-of-the art technologies whilst billions are spent on war machines and the like. Not one new major industry has been established in this country for many a decade. We are relying on primary industries- the drought-stricken crop-export industries and the massive demand for our minerals especially consumed by China and India.

When, possibly in 10-20 years these countries find alternative markets or products, Australia will have nothing, no back-up and we will truly enter that threatened "banana Republic" phase. We need a change. A new, revitalised Left wing Government could be the answer.

Continual bickering in our Left Labour Party has been their downfall. They must unite for the one cause- to rid Australia of the Neo-Conservatives once and for all so that they can lead Australia through the Twenty-First Century into a world of equal opportunity and prosperity for all its citizens.
