Oh I see people showing up on time, doing their work and making the motions. Yet I also see them often doing it at slow pace and even coaxing new workers and low-men on the totem pole to “slow down you are making us look bad” or “why are you in such a hurry, if we finish early, they’ll just give us more work to do!”
