    S Corporation Requirements
S Corporation is an elective provision that permits small business corporations and their shareholders to elect special income tax treatment. To become S Corporation or Small Business Corporation, the IRS has several special requirements. The corporation must timely file IRS Form 2553 with the IRS. This election must be made by March 15 of the current year, if the corporation is a calendar-year taxpayer. The election will then take effect for the current tax year. A new corporation must make the S election within 75 days of formation; otherwise, it will be a C corporation for the first year and an S corporation thereafter. The S corporation must not have more than 75 shareholders. Before 1997,
I would like to give some advice to all the up and coming entrepreneurs; if you really want to be a superstar not only do you have to work harder and smarter than the competition, but you must always keep learning. I built a company from a bucket of water and a sponge into a National Car Wash Franchise System in 23 states. To do this you need to know more than what they taught you in school and you can never turn off your brain. Every person is different and has different interests. But I would like you to read thru my recommended reading list. This is a list I hand out to MBA and Entrepreneurial Students when I give speeches. It is a list of recommended book, biography, audio tapes and movies.

I see the need for the modern Entrepreneur for on going learning, which must not stop after HS. In order to continue a life long education it is important to understand and observe the world, understand our places in it. We must also realize the ideals that got us here and the people who worked so hard to bring about the change needed to propel mankind's future. Below is a list of recommended Biographies, Books, Audio Tapes and Movies, which can assist you in your lifetime of learning and your pursuit of happiness as you Entrepreneur warriors deliver mankind everything we see, every where we go. We owe it all to you; you are the most noble of all people, you are the builders of civilization. I thank you for your continued efforts and urge you to continue your education do you can be even stronger.

Listen More & Talk Less: 7 Steps to Avoiding Obvious Mistakes
Here was an interesting survey I read recently that, I think came from Korn-Ferry, the international search firm. The survey said that the primary reason why people are rejected on interviews is NOT for lack of skills competency, the primary reason people are rejected is that they talk too much—almost 40%. Approximately 20% are rejected because they behave arrogantly on the interview. So, what does this say to you in how you should behave on an interview?Keep your answers to the point of the questionWhere possible, keep your answers to 30 – 45 seconds in length. For in-depth questions, you can speak for a minute. One of things you need to do in answering questions is to keep an ey

40 Hours of Hell - Is it Time to Find a New Job?
Where did the weekend go? It’s Sunday night and although you had a lovely time leaving your butt imprint on the couch for the last 48 hours, suddenly there’s a lurch in the pit of your stomach again. Yes, looming on the horizon, there is it, another Monday morning. Another Monday, you’ll face the gridlock and angrily express your dismay with the world with one finger and clutch the huge cup of coffee that you’ll need to drag yourself through the bore that is your job. The highlight of your day, other than seeing the clock hit 4:59 will of course be the secret glee you have knowing that you’ve spent hours of company time playing Solitaire and sending out countless resumes. You know you’re a lousy emplo
