    Causes Of Business Globalization
It means businesses are shifting their boundaries from domestic to international ones. The rapid growth of business globalization rises some questions to research. One of them is why business is becoming global? The main and important causes for the recent business globalization are: increase in global competition, rapid increase and expansion of technology, liberalization of cross border movement and developm

    Trade Show Booth Staff Training
Seasoned exhibitors know that one of the more important elements in making your trade show investment a success is proper training of the booth staff. In order to project a concise and consistent message at the show, everyone working the show needs to be able to "walk the talk". It's a good idea to have several short sessions with your booth staff before, during and after the show.Pre-show TrainingI love owning my own businesses. After fifteen years the excitement still hasn’t worn off. I get up every morning happy to be heading off to the office (though I must admit I now ‘work from home’ one or two days a week). I enjoy the challenge and freedom of not having to answer to anyone. Furthermore, although I am not really motivated by money, I do like having a main home, a country home and an apartment in the sun – not to mention a nice car and plenty of cash in my bank account.

    Meeting Tangible Needs
My 9-year old Danny has developed a love (ok, maybe a mild interest) for basketball, so we took the plunge and purchased a portable basketball hoop. It became obvious that sand bags were needed so the hoop wouldn’t land on the heads of players. We do live in a windy city, after all! Before it was too late and the store would close, we headed over to the Home Depot.Changing a light bulb can be an adven

Entrepreneurs: Knowing Yourself Before Building Your Small Business
In an uncertain global economy, when employers and employees feel no loyalty to one another and rarely look out for one another’s interests, entrepreneurship can seem like a dream come true. However, not all personalities are ideal for the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Though there may be more than one path to entrepreneurial success, these five traits are helpful in getting started.Entrepreneurial Sk

I never expected to be an entrepreneur. Like many people I had thought about it, but somehow it seemed so daunting. What’s more, I hate risk, loathe selling and am not particularly greedy. Hardly the business type. In fact, it all happened by accident. The company I was working for got into trouble and some of my colleagues decided to buy it out. I only joined them to keep my job.
