Budget for Closing Costs – Prepaid Loan Interest and Home Insurance Premiums
Entering into escrow on a home can be both exciting and stressful. The excitement comes from knowing you are close to moving into the new home. The stress comes from issues that will arise.Budget for Closing Costs – Prepaid Loan Interest and Home Insurance PremiumsAs part of any closing, you need to go through certain steps to make sure you are both getting what you think you have purchased as well as paying for it. Each of these steps has an associated cost, known as closing costs, and you have to pay them before you can take possession of the home. If you do not, the deal will n
When I began my career in the graphics industry, almost 17 years ago, I would approach the design of any new logo by first taking out a pad of paper and a pencil and sketching out basic ideas before diving into any real concept creation. As computers and design software became more and more a part of the design process I tended to find myself heading to the computer immediately to put together my ideas. This only tended to result in a lot of time spent staring at a blank computer screen. As my business expanded and time became a more precious commodity I began to head back to my early days and approached my designs again with a pencil and paper before sitting down at the computer. This not only gave me more free time but helped me to increase the profitability of my business. The following is an outline of the design process I now take whenever I am creating a logo for a client. I hope it will inspire some of you to take pencil in hand prior to sitting down in front of the computer.

Go East, Young Entrepreneur, Go East! The Money Is There
Though Asia and the Orient are considered to be West of North America, they long ago acquired the descriptive term, The Far East. Without going into a lot of deep research, my guess is that since England, in it’s colonial expansion centuries ago, had many ships sailing to those areas, the concept of Far East made sense. They got there by sailing around the tip of South Africa, proceeding east from there. And by sail, that must have indeed seemed a very far voyage eastward.INVESTMENTS WESTWARD, NEW SOURCE OF PROJECT FUNDINGChina is currently very big in

An Intro To Credit Card Debt And Credit Repair - Chapter 1
I am writing this to shed some light on the complex (and somewhat confusing) topic of credit repair. This is chapter 1 in a series of credit repair, credit monitoring and credit FAQ reports.Credit. The one thing so many companies are willing to give out to the doe-eyed 18 year old highschool grad and so unwilling to give out to the individual who make a few mistakes later on down the road.Credit has been around since the dawn of commerce. Article Marketer; Clearly Defined
There is NO clear definition for; Article Marketer on the Internet. Indeed in Trade Journals in print we see folks usually experts in their field who write articles and at the bottom have a byline with the name of their company. Presumably people read these articles find informational value and contact the writer of the article to hire them as a consultant or purchase products or services from their company. In online article marketing it is much the same. Yet there are some incredible force multipliers involved the distribution aspect of all of this. For instance there are what they call

    Pop Up Internet Marketing Strategy
A Pop Up Can Make a Huge Difference in Your Internet Marketing ResultsBy using a pop up message for people to subscribe to your ezine, you will increase your sign up rate exponentially. It makes sense because when your pop up appears it cannot be overlooked. When you have a subscribe form elsewhere on your page, the person has to read more and make a decision. Also, when your subscribe form is on a page where other choices are available, visitors may get distracted and click to another page. Their clients have included such industry leaders as Kraft, BMW, and General Electric. Their approach to creating solutions for their clients is unique and their desire was to have a logo that was both professional and creative. They approached my company with a few ideas of their own, but were very uncertain whether the look they truly wanted could be achieved. I first set up a phone conference with their president, John Frehse, to discuss the goals he had for the logo and how he wanted to be perceived by the clients he serviced. After our initial discussion I sat down at the drawing board to rough out some ideas for the logo. This is the normal approach that I take in the designing of any logo. It allows for the creation of many concepts within a short period of time and dramatically decreases the amount of time spent producing the initial concepts to be presented to the client.

Once I had 6-8 rough ideas conceived I then scanned in the designs and used them as
