All in all it comes down to the very basic point, that no matter who you are whether you are the purchaser, or the seller we all are each others customer.Unsuspecting tourists are robbed every day for one simple reason: they have money! Sooner or later you may find yourself in a dark alley at the mercy of some crackhead...or in a foreign country when the taxi cab driver informs you that he REQUIRES a larger tip...or next time a pick pocket j I'll give you a few minutes to let that one sink in. That's right we all are expecting a specific outcome from each other. So how we approach each situation no matter which end we are on, will determine the outcome of if we make the sale or if we receive the goods. It is one big continuous circle that encompasses not just our business affiliation, but everything we do in life. Remember your parents telling you, "you reap what you sow", and another favorite saying "what goes around comes around." So here is my point, when dealing with others be upfront and honest. Deceit will cost you more in the long run than you will ever want to pay. Next, go the extra mile it will get you more in the long run than you would ever expect. Admitting that you made a mistake as oppose to trying to cover it up builds integrity with your customers. These simply things will make people believe in you, and trust you. Even in doing internet ventures you will see those that blatantly violate any and all rules of integrity. They usually don't last to long or if so definitely are not reaping anywhere close the rewards being made by those that follow good customer services basics.
