    Government Auto Auctions
Government auto auctions:Ever pull up to a late model Mercedes, or fully loaded BMW and catch yourself daydreaming about how that person had enough good fortune to be able to own such a remarkable luxury car? He might have purchased his ride from a government auto auction for a fraction of its retail value. As a matter of fact, he might be that one neighbor with all the toys in the garag
Question: What do you do when you have been pushed into a role you never wanted that is causing havoc with your life? I have been asked to take on a role for the long term, after having been trained to do it for one month initially to cover someone on leave. That person has now left and I have been pushed sideways into the role, with a minimal pay rise and no consideration for my needs or wants. The role is located in a different site and I am the only representative of my company at this site as it belongs to a contractor company. It has much more responsibility and I do it well, however my basic contract conditions are not being met in this role. I am in a very uncomfortable site, with neck problems caused by the equipment I am using, and I don't get to have lunch due to the workload at the site.

g, and I don't get to have lunch due to the workload at the site.

My contract states I am employed to work 7.5 hours each day, but I am generally required to stay between half an hour and two hours longer to ensure the work is done, at no additional overtime compensation. The room where I work is hindered by temperature problems, it is either too hot or too cold.
