Netiquette - Strategies to Acquire Creditability and Reputation as an Onliner - Part I edictable primary demand, very large secondary supply, large secondary demand, and marginally adequate uranium production capacity.Netiquette, simply put, is behaving appropriately on the net. Good manners are appreciated everywhere, in real life or in the virtual world. Apparently they seem to be really small things but to get your netiquette right, you have to get the little things right. Remember, every drop is responsible for the existence of an ocean. We should follow certain common-sense net-etiquettes while communicating with others on the Internet. Let these netiquettes be observed whether we are writing an e-mail message, participating in a chat session, or posting a message on a Bulletin Board.Well, the following are the basics you need to practice religiously in order to be taken seriously in your online communication.Do not type in all caps. It amounts to be considered yelling or screaming online! This will surely make you to be perceived as lazy and being inconsiderate of those who will have to read their e-mail. A number of studies on the topic reflect that it is more difficult and takes longer to read text that is typed in all caps. The ‘Subject’ field should not be left blank. The phrase in this field should be brief and concise pointing to the nature of the content in your e-mail. You would be actually helping the recipient by doing this as it would be easier for them to organize and manage their e-mail this way. Avoid using all caps or all small case, terms such as ‘Hi’, ‘Help’ or ‘Please Respond’, or the recipient’s name in the subject field, as you may be misidentified as a spammer, and your e-mail automatically deleted.Formatting yo The large secondary supply (uranium not produced from mines and mills in that year) is currently about 40% of world supply. It has such components as excess inventory, enrichment tails stripping, recycling of used fuel components, and—most importantly—dismantled Russian nuclear warheads. Let me Teacher - Learn How To Write The Best Resume You Can This past weekend, spot uranium prices jumped to $52/pound, as first announced by TradeTech LLC. Uranium miners were celebrating. When the spot price traded below $40/pound, some U.S. uranium mining projects may have been uneconomic. Because U.S. electric utilities have now begun purchasing above $50/pound, new hope emerges for many junior uranium development companies. The question is: Will uranium stay at these levels. To answer our question, we turned to Gene Clark, Chief Executive of TradeTech. At our request, he wrote the essay, which follows, describing what may lie ahead and whether or not investors should consider junior uranium stocks for investment purposes. It should come as no surprise that there is a currently a shortage of teachers in the United States. This unfortunate trend has been seen for well over a decade. To compound the issue, recent labor studies have predicted that teaching positions will likely continue to grow faster than the national average for the next several years due to recent government regulations to reduce class size and increase educational accountability. The need for teachers has never been greater.Though this trend is good news for teachers on the job market, it does not diminish the fact that competition will remain tough for the most desirable teaching positions. Competition is especially fierce for English, Social Science, Humanities, and Elementary grade positions. Teacher will need to pay close attention to the presentation of their credentials, as detailed in their resume, in order to ensure that they can compete in the race for prime positions in the educational system. To write a solid resume tailored specifically for teaching opportunities, consider the following guidelines:Highlight your Educational and Licensure QualificationsIn addition to including the details of your teaching or academic degree (school name, when you graduated, your degree), you should mention any academic honors, grants, scholarships, or fellowships awarded during the course of your studies. If you are an experienced teacher, you should include any relevant continuing education courses or seminars you have taken to demonstrate to prospective employers that you ar Gene Clark: Speculating on the $50 Uranium Barrier On August 31, 2006, the NUEXCO Exchange Value soared through the $50 level for the first time in its history, reaching $52 per pound U3O8. The Exchange Value is the longest running price indicator in the uranium market – in continuous publication since August 1968. The last era in which the spot price was anywhere near this level was in the 1970s, when the Exchange Value peaked at $43.40. That price, however, equates to over $100 in today’s dollars. So, in real terms, the current price of $52 is only half-way to matching its historical high. Although it is tempting to compare the two eras, the situation today is vastly different from that of the 1970s. The 1970s were characterized by spurious demand, minuscule secondary supply, and a huge world-wide excess uranium production capacity—left over from the U.S. military production-incentive program. But perhaps the most important factor was the total embargo on importation of uranium for use in the United States. In contrast, today’s market has firm and predictable primary demand, very large secondary supply, large secondary demand, and marginally adequate uranium production capacity. Let me e eMail Marketing: 8 Tips on Sending HTML eMails uestion, we turned to Gene Clark, Chief Executive of TradeTech. At our request, he wrote the essay, which follows, describing what may lie ahead and whether or not investors should consider junior uranium stocks for investment purposes.1. Size of the Html emails:Size does matters. If the emails are bulky, spam filters think they are spam. So they will be deleted or directed to junk folder. Better be less than 20 kb.To make Html emails with small sizes follow these principles- Don't use WYSIWYG editors to create Html emails. Don't attach images to messages. Upload the images to your website and link from there. Mind attachements that you will send with emails.2. Javascripts and executable attachments:Don't insert javascripts and those sort of things in your Html emails. They potentially decrease the deliverability of your email in to your subscribers inboxes, because people disables these in their email clients to run.3. Html complexity:Most of the email clients support only minimal html. Like simple break tags, paragraph tags etc. Don't use complex html code like frames, sliding menus etc.4. Hiding and Tracking links:Great advantage of Html emails is you can hide your affiliate links and track who opened the emails (only if images are downloable).5. Easy to publish on the web:Make a template for your Html emails. So let all emails be consistent in layout. You can publish the ezines or ecourses on the web directly from Html emails. You don't have to format like in text emails.6. Attachments:All mailing list managers has the ability to attach single or multiple attachments. But spam filters triggered by attacments in many email clients. So put them as download links.7. But good as it is, it still relies on the seller accurately describing their item in the eBay system. As a result many items are sold each day with titles and descriptions which are misspelled. In fact, many of these misspelled items will never be sold as the standard eBay searches simply won't find them. If you're clever, and use the correct tools then you can find these misspelled items and buy them for a song.If you can buy the items cheaply then with a little care and good planning on your part you can sell then later at a profit. I use this methodology for two of my own business models and I make very good profits on them. The first of these business models is to buy computer components cheaply to upgrade my own systems for re-sale on eBay and to upgrade friends' and clients' systems for a profit. The second business model is a little more complicated, but far more profitable. My wife currently lives in Senegal, West Africa where mobile phones, especially camera phones are at a premium. Using misspelling searches I can buy good, modern camera mobile phones very cheaply on eBay. Most of these will be locked to a specific provider, but if you are careful and willing to invest in your business you can buy software and tools that will unlock most mobile phones, allowing them to be used on any network. There are even pre-unlocked mobile phones available for purchase on eBay.Basically I buy decent mobile phones on eBay for about ?15-25 ($30-50) and sell them in Senegal for 50000-60000 FC Although it is tempting to compare the two eras, the situation today is vastly different from that of the 1970s. In contrast, today’s market has firm and predictable primary demand, very large secondary supply, large secondary demand, and marginally adequate uranium production capacity.Rust is permeable to air and water which allows for the corrosion of the metal even after a rust surface layer has formed. Aluminium corrosion is not the same as the corrosion of steel or iron. In aluminium corrosion, aluminium oxide is formed on the aluminium surface which forms a protective, corrosion resistant coating. This process is known as passivation.More modern coatings that is used for anti rust purposes will add aluminium to the coating as zinc-alume, aluminium will migrate to cover scratches and which in turn provides protection for longer. There are several other methods available to anti corrosion purposes and prevent the formation of rust, colloquially termed rust proofing or anti rust.* Cathodic protection is one method in which the iron is made as a cathode in a battery formed whenever water contacts the iron and also a sacrificial anode made from something with a more negative electrode potential, commonly zinc or magnesium. The electrode itself doesn't react in water, but only to provide electrons to prevent the iron rusting.* Bluing is a technique that can provide limited resistance to rusting for small steel items, such as firearms; for it to be successful, water-displacing oil must be rubbed onto the blued steel.* Corrosion control is done using a coating to isolate the metal from the environment, such as paint. Large structures such as ships and modern automobiles, often have a wax-based product (slushing oil) injected into these sections. This contains rust inhibiting chemicals as we The large secondary supply (uranium not produced from mines and mills in that year) is currently about 40% of world supply. Let me Want More Lucrative Fundraising? Cruises Are The Answer edictable primary demand, very large secondary supply, large secondary demand, and marginally adequate uranium production capacity.Selling chocolate is a delicious way to raise funds if you only need to raise a little. Silent auctions are known to bring in bigger bucks, but they are exhausting to plan and prepare for. Black-tie affairs with celebrity performers are always a hit, but require an enormous amount of up-front funding. Cruises, on the other hand, give your organization the ability to bring in large amounts of proceeds without all the work.Fundraising cruises are becoming more and more popular because they give nonprofits the ability to generate greater interest, increase donor giving and have more fun. In addition, cruise agencies that specialize in fundraising cruises generally offer the services of an account manager or liaison with the cruise line who aids in planning and preparing for the tour. This leaves your staff free to enjoy the cruise as much as the donors who are attending.Generate Greater InterestComing up with fresh ideas on an annual basis quickly becomes tiresome. Yet, those fresh ideas are absolutely vital to attract the interest of new donors and keep the interest of loyal, repeat donors. If interest in your events wanes, so does your funding for the upcoming year. With fundraising cruises, you have the world to choose from. Most cruise lines accommodate large fundraising parties. This means you can opt for three- or four-night cruises to popular destinations such as the Bahamas or more exotic locales including Greece, Italy or Hawaii. Now that would generate a lot of interest.Increase Donor GivingWorking w The large secondary supply (uranium not produced from mines and mills in that year) is currently about 40% of world supply. It has such components as excess inventory, enrichment tails stripping, recycling of used fuel components, and—most importantly—dismantled Russian nuclear warheads. Let me explain what I mean by “secondary demand,” since I believe this might be the first time this phrase has been used in our industry. We have historically treated “uranium demand” as the requirement for fueling nuclear power plants: for natural uranium, the base requirements for feeding the enrichment process required for most nuclear power plants; in the case of natural uranium reactors, the input for fuel fabrication. This treatment of uranium demand, although historically not too inaccurate, has become na?ve, in view of the evolving sophistication of the market’s participants. This previous definition of demand can technically be labeled as “primary demand” and is also commonly referred to as “reactor requirements.” Secondary demand, then, is uranium purchased from the market for purposes other than immediate use as nuclear power plant fuel. The real question, from the standpoint of trying to understand price formation and movement, is whether “secondary demand” is merely a minor perturbation at any given time in the market, or whether it is a major determinant of spot prices. And, if the latter, what impact does secondary demand have on long-term prices? Before proceeding, let me state that I, personally and professionally—as well as TradeTech as an organization—have no inherent interest in which direction the uranium market moves. We are merely students of the market. We derive our income wholly from reporting and analyzing the market’s events and prices, rather than uranium brokering and trading or investing in nuclear companies. For that reason, our success lies in the ability to provide unbiased, accurate and detailed market information to our clients—those buyers, sellers, and investors. Those who believe
